19/03/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch. We had two supplì (cacio e pepe and alla norcina: excellent) and a pinsa with vegetables, really good, well-seasoned and easy to digest. We ate at the outdoor tables since it was a beautiful day. Fair prices. Worth coming back!!! 😉👍

03/07/2026: Great coffee, served with kindness and a smile. The place is in a very central location. Weather permitting, sitting at the outdoor tables is a real pleasure, thanks to the beautiful view of Piazza della Libertà. Prices are very reasonable, with table service starting at just €1.30. Recommended!

25/06/2026: we stopped in this bar to to wait for a guided tour through this unique UNESCO heritage village. This bar is unique also: we got excellent espresso and wonderful tasty pizzas, handmade by the owner. All that for a very reasonable price, means high quality for a low price. We experienced a very friendly service by the owner and his family and had nice conversations with them. In this way we got good inside information about places to visit at this village. Must see is the underground city which was built in the tuff stone underneath the village by the Etruscans. Tourist information office and tour start is across the street from the bar. All in all we had a pleasant stay and recommend to stop by this place for an espresso and more. We’d love to come back when we’re in the area again. We like to say thank you to the owner and his family.

17/05/2026: This historic trattoria is located in the historic center of Orte, opposite the town hall. Reservations are recommended, as it's very popular. The cuisine is exceptional, using top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable. We tried some traditional dishes, including a mixed platter of fried foods, bruschetta, and local cured meats. For starters, we tried pici pasta with garlic sauce, and finally the delicious stuffed pigeon. Highly recommended.

09/06/2026: It's a restaurant you shouldn't go into. The food is inedible. The service is terrible. The facilities are very run-down.

28/02/2026: That kind of a typical resto in small town (city) Italy - nothing pretentious. Food was delightful and the lady-server-owner (I reckon was nice). Suprise, surprise, I paid only €28 for a 3-course meal with dessert, wine and water. Not bad at all. Careful with Google map, it'll take you to the open parking lot at the back of the complex. You need to go down at basement level to find the resto.
