12/05/2024: Evening catastrophe. We arrived at 8.30pm to finish ordering at 9.15pm. We were 12 people with two children. We had to at least ask for bottles of water because we had children. The starters arrived after 10pm and the pizzas no longer arrived. We were the only table left together with two other tables who by now had also been served extremely late. Young waiters with no experience, and one of them even rude. When they started delivering the pizzas they were also wrong. The waitress, instead of apologizing for the terrible service, also told us "you don't even remember the pizzas you bought", when in reality they are the ones who have no competence in managing orders. From what we observed and heard, we weren't the only ones complaining. When the pizzas arrived they were not well cooked at all!

01/05/2024: You eat well but you wait too long and you lose your appetite. I will avoid going back.

06/05/2024: I ate at this restaurant for a ceremony. Food and location of the canteen, dishes presented in a terrible way, tasteless and of poor quality. The only positive note was the view of the lake...which however was not even noticeable from inside the room as the rooms are so many and huge and in the one I was in it was actually dark. They would need a good renovation both in the dining room and in the kitchen

13/04/2024: I went to the Golden Carriage to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Excellent dishes, good and excellent quality food. Congratulations to the chef, especially for having satisfied even difficult palates like those of my children. Five stars on everything

20/03/2024: At least 3 weekends I go to eat the fresh and delicious fish menu and occasionally equally good pizza and I eat it in front of the excellent lake

11/03/2024: Very beautiful and sought after location on the lakeside of Bolsena, in the Viterbo area. The food was plentiful in quantity but seemed to have a frozen origin. The structure is a little dated. The price is around average. Only one person manages the room and cleans the bar.

16/02/2024: Unfortunately I am not even remotely satisfied. Service lacking both on the beach and in the restaurant. Low quality food. Environment...let's forget about it. I hope next season it will be better

03/09/2023: In the last three years he has lost a lot, it's an example of how you send a good local to the dogs. First there were traffic jams in front and an impressive amount of people. Now it is little more than desert. The service is decidedly very poor, botched (the waitress who served us was surreal in her manner) and with very long waiting times; the cuisine is below average. If we then consider that they don't have menus (they tell you verbally 😱), which is something to report, the picture is complete. The only thing that saves it is the location very close to the lake. Absolutely not recommended. 👎
