07/05/2026: Rustic and delicious. Local and plentiful ingredients. I highly recommend the cheese platter: varied and paired with jam and honey. The cured meats platter was also nice, but not as good as the cheese platter. The first courses were also very flavorful and seasoned, especially the asparagus and guanciale ones, a real treat. The meat platter was plentiful and authentic. I recommend it. Fair prices.

26/06/2026: The place is well-organized and charming...especially the food is excellent. There are plenty of public parking spaces next to the restaurant. Finally, the service is impeccable and the staff are truly friendly. I highly recommend it.

16/06/2026: A pleasant discovery just steps from the Pyramid: quality and atmosphere.** I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria La Piramide in Bomarzo, and I must say the experience absolutely lived up to expectations. The restaurant is charming, with a refined, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing break after a day exploring the area's beauty. The real highlight of the evening was the pizza: thin, light, and expertly prepared. It's rare to find such a digestible and tasty pizza, with ingredients that taste top-quality from the first bite. But they don't stop at pizza: we enjoyed several courses, and everything was excellent, a sign of a kitchen that works with care and passion. The service was friendly and attentive, making guests feel at ease from the moment they entered. It's the perfect place for both a casual dinner and a moment of indulgence in a charming setting. Bomarzo offers so many wonders, but ending the day in a place where you can eat so well and relax is an added bonus that I recommend to anyone passing through. I'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

23/07/2026: A truly pleasant end to a day spent cycling. Despite the time, almost 11 p.m., they fed me, almost saved me, and with excellent meat.

06/07/2026: Tried it on a friend's recommendation to celebrate an important family event. A wonderful dinner, a welcoming and well-kept venue, we dined at an outdoor table in the beautiful garden. The lady who served us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very friendly. But let's get to the dishes! The fried artichokes were excellent and plentiful, the eggplant parmigiana spectacular, the homemade fettuccine reminded me of the ones my grandmother used to make, as did the porcini and truffle sauce. The meat was also exceptional, tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the desserts were mouth-watering, especially the fruit tart, I loved it! In short, everything was perfect! Fair prices and such kindness that is truly good for the soul! We'll be back soon!
