05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.
03/04/2026: This is a true regenerative farm with a focus on soil health and the food it produces. The people are so friendly and generous!

03/05/2026: A truly delightful place. The owners Federico and Eleonora are truly delightful, very professional and knowledgeable. We came here for an aperitif, and despite the short time, they conveyed their evident passion for the world of wine and food. Highly recommended!!!
12/04/2026: A welcoming wine bar with excellent food! Especially the carbonara with lake fish: delicious, but so is everything else, really!
