19/02/2026: In any experience, the first thing to consider is the quality/price ratio. On a day like Valentine's Day, restaurants offer menus bordering on deception at insane prices, only to end up with nothing to eat. That wasn't the case here. Substantial recipes with overly generous portions at a price that reflects food costs and covers fixed costs. And in this market, I repeat, that's not a given. Now, after a set menu evening, I want to try the à la carte menu too... I'll have more to say later.

30/12/2025: I love this place. I've been going there since I was very young. I love everything here: the pizza is Roman, thin and easy to digest, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner is a wonderful person. In the winter, there's always a fireplace, and in the summer, there are outdoor tables for enjoying the cool air. Highly recommended!

09/04/2026: A beautiful place in a splendid setting. The fried cardoncelli mushrooms are excellent as an appetizer, perfect for nibbling on while enjoying a fine bottle of Montalcino red wine. The porcini mushrooms fettuccine could be world-class if they weren't tossed with cheese, which unfortunately changes the flavor, making it too salty. I'll definitely be back because the place is worth it, and I'll ask for it without cheese.

13/04/2026: A place worth trying over and over again! A beautiful location surrounded by greenery with authentic, high-quality cuisine. We tried several dishes, including the beef tartare, beef carpaccio, fried mushrooms, and boiled meatballs as appetizers, followed by the pappardelle with venison and the Florentine steak with side dishes. Everything was well-cooked, flavorful, and of excellent quality! We'll be back soon.

19/02/2026: Nice restaurant, I went there for Valentine's Day. The organization was top-notch, the food was good, although it's gourmet, so the portions were normal and not large. I had fish, which was fresh and tasty. The fireplace creates a lovely atmosphere. There are only a few tables inside, but there's a second, well-furnished, covered outdoor area. I'll be back.

08/04/2026: Osteria dei Colli in Rocca di Papa continues to be, for me, one of the most welcoming, helpful, and high-quality restaurants in terms of raw materials and expert preparation. We've been frequenting it for years now, and it never disappoints; in fact, it always manages to surprise us and leave us with what I call "good memories." Whether you're celiac or have other dietary restrictions, you can count on a safe place that caters to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, fast, and professional despite their young age. I personally adore them. What more can I say? The homemade pasta, the excellent quality meats prepared with recipes that enhance their flavor and tenderness. Try the entire menu, which varies seasonally. Their wine is extraordinary 💯💯.
