16/08/2024: mid-August dinner, food itself good and tasty with generous portions, veranda with truly beautiful sea view. but unfortunately I'm sorry to say we didn't like it and I can't tolerate not being able to finish our dinner and not being able to order the second course and almost being kicked out of the table because we work with double service, I understand the need to maximize earnings in a day like mid-August but feeling oppressed by the service right from the moment we arrive and above all the denied possibility of not being able to order the second one because we have to vacate the table in a hurry is not an acceptable thing, also because none of the waiters warned us of this failure possibility at the beginning of the service, but in fact we were advised to wait for the end of the first course and then decide whether to order the second course, which was then denied to us, yet we ate at a very rapid pace. This is the first time we have come, even though the food was good and the location was suggestive, we left disappointed, we felt oppressed by the service all evening instead of pampered and I consider not being able to finish dinner a serious lack of management of the room and the kitchen, even with double service it is necessary to give all diners the opportunity to finish dinner in peace and there is no such thing as hearing "it is not possible to order the second course" from the service. I don't think we will return and we are sorry.

26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

They have an open meat counter, and the cooking on the grill is also visible. The appetizers are also delicious and are varied and different from the usual. Absolutely worth trying!

26/07/2024: We had dinner at Renzo's last night. Very intimate setting, with few seats which make the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. Friendly and helpful staff, with whom it was a pleasure to have a chat. Excellent quality food and above all with truly typical Sardinian products. As a Sardinian I felt at home! They also have a wide selection of wines. We will definitely return to try other dishes on the menu. If you are undecided about desserts I highly recommend the Seadas, it feels like being in Sardinia!

10/08/2024: Diner in the center of Torvaianica. Excellent value for money. It's a diner with no table service except for meat. You take the number and in 30 minutes they have served at least 20 people so the wait is sustainable even if when you enter there seems to be a lot of people. But it flows easily so don't worry. We ordered paccheri with fish, fried food and a supplì. The supplì wasn't exceptional but the fried food and paccheri were very good. And the pizza at the counter also seemed to be very good but we didn't taste it but it looked inviting. Many things are paid by weight (such as fried food or seafood salad), others have a fixed price (e.g. first courses). We paid 2.34 euros in total for the tray you see in the photo plus large water and a glass of wine. Really very humane price. The frying, even if taken from the counter, was crunchy. The meat, however, is served at the table and for 23 euros they make a very large steak, potatoes and salad. During the weekend it is better to book because there are a lot of people. However, they have many tables, inside, outside on the street and outside on the sea side. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. It was a pleasant surprise. Hot table with top marks. Promoted!

I am a lover of supplì (2.50 each) I don't take them because I already know that they don't know how to make them. PS. (I saw after 3 years that this review had not been accepted by the manager of the pizzeria and had not been published👎🏼 they did home delivery and how! besides that they were already expensive, the prices also increased due to inflation). I don't delete anything because I didn't go to the wrong place.

28/07/2024: Ci sono stata ieri sera col mio fidanzato per la prima volta. Io sono vegana e appena l’ho riferito mi è stato dato un menu apposito, con vastissime opzioni. La pizza era spettacolare, il personale gentilissimo e cordiale, si assicurava sempre che andasse tutto bene. straconsiglio❤️
