You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant also has a great wine list with excellent choices to pair with the dishes. The atmosphere is elegant but still relaxed, and the service was professional and attentive. If you are in the Pomezia area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food excellent, and the atmosphere relaxed—perfect for a special day. A special thanks to Bruno, the owner, who stands out for his kindness and attentiveness to his customers. You can immediately sense the passion and care with which he runs the restaurant. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

They were very helpful, always ready and kind to every request. The food was excellent, the gnocchi with cream of scampi were fantastic. Everything was perfect: beautifully decorated room (already evocative in itself, as it's completely surrounded by curtains of lights that create a very romantic atmosphere in the evening), a generous, carefully prepared, varied, and high-quality buffet, even catering to those with allergies and intolerances, with separate courses protected by a cover to prevent cross-contamination (a consideration that was greatly appreciated). The guests were all satisfied! Sara and Antonella's helpfulness and patience in taking care of the details, offering advice, and trying to accommodate all my requests—and they succeeded!—made the evening just how I imagined it. Thank you! The waiters were present, polite, attentive, smiling... with a unique professionalism. The maître d', Piero, whom we've known for 20 years now and who is a symbol of trust for us, supervised the entire party step by step, ensuring everything was perfect. Thank you, Piero, for the affection you always show us. I highly recommend Hotel Simon in Pomezia: their professionalism and attention to detail will make your event unforgettable!

21/04/2026: I went there on Sunday for a birthday celebration. The place is small but cute. The menu is mostly seafood, but there are also good alternatives. In my case, since I'm not a fish fan, my appetizer consisted of mixed fried vegetables, salami, prosciutto, cheese, and two types of bruschetta (one with tomato sauce and the other with burrata and chopped pistachios). Everything was truly excellent. For my first course, I had tagliatelle with meat sauce (also excellent); the portion was really generous, but I ate it all. Since I was already full, I decided not to order the main course (meat) and go straight to dessert. There are also various dessert options: lemon sorbet, panna cotta, crème caramel, a slice of apple pie with cream and cinnamon, and a slice of cake with white chocolate cream and cherries (all strictly homemade). I chose the crème caramel and didn't regret it at all (in fact, I would have ordered another one, it was so good; I highly recommend it). The service was attentive and attentive. If I have the chance I will go back.

Point 1: They arrived more than an hour after the appetizer, and it was a Tuesday, so it was crowded.
