25/08/2025: I'm reviewing the pizzeria. Defining this pizza is impossible, I think, and in every way it's disrespectful to call it pizza and oizzetia. Look, taste, bite, flavor, speechless. For anyone who loves pizza, I don't recommend this place. The fries are shameful. The service is non-existent, distracted, and listless.

25/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance. I'd walked past it a week earlier and it was packed. Intrigued, we decided to try it, and it was a wonderful discovery. We had a truly delicious meal, from appetizers to first courses to dessert, and an excellent wine. I would have loved to try the pizza because it looks beautiful, but unfortunately, since we arrived the day before they closed for vacation, we weren't able to order it, so we had to settle for the first courses. It wasn't bad at all. The gricia was delicious, as was the amatriciana, with generous portions and quality cured meats. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. The location is casual, with a pleasant outdoor area. I'll definitely be back for pizza and more.

16/07/2025: Answer: My tone didn't change until you turned a deaf ear, and the herd-like behavior doesn't justify it. It doesn't justify physical and verbal aggression. You were incapable of handling the situation. Outside of work, I can behave as I see fit. At work, you must be respectful towards the customer. You failed to address everything. Shameful. I'm compelled to write this review because what happened goes far beyond a simple poor service and deserves to be known. For me, it was enough of an experience to never return. I'll start by saying, as always, that the quality of the pastry shop is excellent. My criticism concerns only the bar service and customer service, areas where, based on my experience and years of working in the restaurant industry, the situation has hit rock bottom. The scene: a Sunday afternoon, a line of customers waiting and three counter staff completely absorbed in arranging cups and saucers, both clean and dirty. A business that prioritized serving customers, to the point that the coffee machine was still, without even a single cup being made. Seeing this obvious inaction, and having my receipt in hand, I asked if I could have my cappuccinos, already aware of a possible wait, as with all services. The response was a bitter and illogical: "Can't you see the people waiting?", as if I weren't part of those people and as if the wait wasn't their fault. At this point, I approached the cashier to report the incident. And that's where the situation escalated irreparably. I described the attitude I'd received as "rude." I want to emphasize one crucial fact: I never spoke to the barista in question again, and, more importantly, I didn't name or identify who had rudely responded to me. It didn't help. Just hearing that word was enough. From that moment on, they went deaf, unable to accept any explanation or comment from me. They immediately assumed I was referring to the owner's daughter (something I didn't even know) and erected a wall of hostility, turning an impersonal criticism of the service into a matter of family honor. The rest is the story of an assault: the owner comes out from behind the counter, puts his hands on my shoulders in a threatening manner, and, after my refund, chases me to the door like a rabid dog, screaming and threatening me with aggressive gestures just inches from my face. I avoided calling the police only to avoid escalating the situation in front of other customers. A quality product cannot and will never be an excuse for such treatment. The inability to accept criticism, the rudeness, and, finally, physical and verbal aggression, make this place absolutely avoidable.

Every dish we tried was exquisite—rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The view from the balcony, overlooking the lush green valleys, is absolutely breathtaking and adds a magical touch to the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true taste of Puglia.

10/04/2025: Excellent experience, very kind people, they bring forth excellent Apulian cuisine. The typical appetizer, the orecchiette and finally the tiramisu were excellent, special... really highly recommended!!! I want to go back to enjoy seconds. Thanks for the wonderful discovery

02/08/2025: Excellent pizzas and fried foods. It was my first time ordering from this place (9 pizzas, 9 supplì, and chips to go). They respected the agreed delivery time, and I noticed order and professionalism from everyone. I will definitely be back. I and all my dinner guests were satisfied.

01/06/2025: Exceptional ice cream, the fruit flavors are superb, the mango one makes you feel the fruit as pure as the fruit. I'm trying the others too and I have to say that they all deserve it. I end by saying that courtesy and kindness are the order of the day unlike other ice cream shops in the area like kalacta where they are rude and treat children badly. I highly recommend it.

06/07/2025: Premise, I returned yesterday evening after 2 years by booking a place outside, but unfortunately, due to the heat and the table placed on the entrance veranda, the stay was not very pleasant. I invariably took the pizza menu and to drink 0.5 lt draft beer and water. The quality and flavor of the food has remained unchanged over the years, however this time I feel like pointing out that it could be improved on some aspects: - Bruschetta, perhaps a little seasoning was missing. - Fried food, good olives, but I would have preferred fewer pieces and more flavor. Good and thin pizza as per tradition. Overall I think that 4 stars is appropriate as I have tried superior food in other places, but it must be admitted that the price of 14 euros for the fixed menu (drinks excluded) is advantageous. Kind, professional and fast service.

27/04/2025: My wife and I ate in this restaurant and were very surprised: the staff is young and very kind. I even liked that little disorganization that was perceived at the base precisely because it characterizes the place and the simple and genuine people. The food was really good, excellent quality kebabs, excellent bruschetta, really competitive price. In short, for those who don't have too many demands, for those who love simplicity and good taste, it will be the right place! The two of us spent 37 euros and left rolling!
