19/05/2026: Excellent trattoria. I went out of curiosity with a friend and left satisfied. The meat was excellent, both the tagliata and the fillet. The asparagus had a truly exceptional flavor. The craft beer was excellent—all in all, a good discovery. The tiramisu was good.

The owner, who is from Torlupara, makes exquisite desserts, including a winner with red prawns. Come and try the top-notch fried vegetables, which you can also order and take home! 17/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant, traditional Roman food, excellent dishes, a welcoming restaurant suitable for families with children. I would have given it more than 3 stars, but the restaurant's exterior entrance needs more attention and more cleaning. Garbage cans cannot be seen in front of the entrance door. If you keep rugs on the floor, they need to be cleaned. From the outside, you don't want to go in. It looks like an abandoned place. You can go inside and it seems like another world. The waiters are very kind. Excellent food, but you lack privacy. The tables are too close to each other, so much so that even the waiters couldn't get through to carry dishes. It needs to be improved, and for those who don't know it, I repeat, for the exterior, never go in and you can, it would be a shame because they make excellent food.

The sushi is always prepared in the same open-plan room, so you can always monitor the workers' work and their skill. The prices are in line with the competition; perhaps the evening menu is a few euros higher than average, but again, the quality is top-notch and makes all the difference.

Kudos to the service, managed by young and friendly women who are always attentive to the customer's needs. I agree with what other reviews have said about the long wait, but in my case, the criticism is positive because, for me, the wait is a sign of the freshness and authenticity of the freshly cooked food. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back for a third time.
