13/05/2026: We had dinner here on a recommendation from a local prior to joining a cruise the following day. Outstanding meals in all respects, the service was first class with our waiter matching wines to our meals. Well deserving of their Michelin rating. We still talk about that meal.

For me, who's picky, the quality of the food isn't up to par; cocktails, wines, and beers are okay; the welcome and service are very good. Reasonable price/quality ratio, generous portions!

09/05/2026: Just did a cooking class here and Matteo was amazing. Even learning kinda last minute that I'm vegetarian posed no problems - he had substitutions ready and on hand. The vibe is amazing inside and looking at the menu I would have so many options - not what I would expect in a port town!
09/04/2026: My daughter and I took a cooking class here. This was so much fun and very hands on. They took the time to show us step by step and let us experience cooking multiple courses in a professional kitchen. We got to pick and buy our own ingredients from the
market which made the experience so special. Matteo was amazing working with kids as well. I highly recommend this to everyone of all ages

01/06/2026: This restaurant is located in a quaint little square in Civitavecchia, surrounded by historic buildings in the heart of the city. Eating outside in the seaside climate is always pleasant, and it's great to be among the people. The pizza is classic Roman pizza a pala, made with quality ingredients. I particularly liked the one with mortadella and stracciatella. They were very kind in finding us a table right away and taking our order, and overall the service was quick despite the large crowd.
23/05/2026: The gluten-free pizza was very good and well-topped. We ordered takeout, but the place is worth it for the relaxed atmosphere alone.

10/05/2026: Excellent value for money. The portions are just right, the food is good, and we leave feeling satisfied every time we leave. Highly recommended for those who occasionally want a meat-based menu instead of the typical seafood restaurant in Civitavecchia.
29/04/2026: The place is comfortable, beautiful, and private, with spotless bathrooms. The staff is polite, courteous, and attentive, and caters to any food intolerances and can adjust the dishes accordingly. We ordered a mixed appetizer complete with provola cheese and a selection of baked vegetables, two first courses: gnocchi with zucchini flowers, gorgonzola, and speck, fettuccine with Cinta Senese pasta and white ragù, and for the second course, sliced meat with parmesan leaves, along with a sweet and sour dessert and coffee.
The price? I can finally say that in my city, there are places where you can eat well and spend a fair amount.

09/03/2026: Nice little place with just a few tables, the service was my bare minimum, and I haven't had the pleasure of using the bathroom, but I had warned the owner, and I'd recommend generous portions. He replied, "They're like tavern portions!" Even though the sauce was undercooked, and you could taste the tomato paste, and the strazzapreti... delicious, homemade, were few... and not cheap either, €14... in short, I warned the owner, but he didn't have a star rating... I'll try it again when I return to Civitavecchia.

14/04/2026: If you are in Civitavecchia, you have to try Pizzeria La Ternana. Their cheese, mushroom, and meat pizza is so goooood! It was super delicious and honestly the best pizza I think I’ve ever had. A must-visit for any pizza lover!
