09/03/2025: Locale accogliente, molto curato, con circa 30 posti e una saletta rialzata tipo privee. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Piccolo benvenuto accompagnato da un calice di prosecco. Il grand crudo freschissimo (ostriche, scampi, mazzancolle, gamberi rossi e gamberetti rosa). La degustazione 5 antipastini (alici fritte, binchetti fritti, cozze, polpo e patate, insalata di calamari, ecc.) soddisfacente anche se quello con le seppie e la polenta con troppa cipolla. Chitarrina al riccio pescato ottima, consiglierei meno acqua di cottura e prezzemolo per non mitigare il sapore del riccio. Frittura di paranza freschissima. Prezzi congrui per la materia prima trattata.

12/02/2025: I attended an organized business dinner and in addition to the fact that the meat I took was full of calluses and I left half of it on the plate, at the end we also had the surprise of the bill which increased compared to the basic price due to 6 more focaccias brought instead of bread without the coffees which were included and not taken being taken away. All on a bill of €650.

21/01/2025: Conoscevo già il posto. Due bei locali con arredamento avvolgente e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Tra i due stavolta ho provato l'humburgheria. Buoni burgher abbondanti, anche di salsa e patatine.

Tutto ciò che viene messo nel piatto è perfettamente bilanciato , pasteggiando da Firma ci si regala una bellissima esperienza per il palato.... il ristorante è anche accoglienza e servizio devo dire che la persona che li affianca e si dedica al cliente lo fa perfettamente , in modo professionale e con estrema gentilezza .... grazie di accoglierci sempre con piacere .

20/02/2025: We arrived to have a bite to eat and they hadn't opened yet but the waiter took great care of us and told us to sit down and within 3 minutes he was serving us. Some great focaccias and a snack, and the mortadella from another planet, a 10 without a doubt.

His dishes are unique, his professional experience in different parts of the world contributes to his ideas of innovative and never predictable cuisine. Highly recommended!

04/02/2025: Our family of 5 stopped in here on December 23rd to get some pastries and wow, they had so many varieties, we had fun picking! We enjoyed all of them and sat in the nearby park while we digested. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Civitavecchia.

23/02/2025: Compliments! Great pizza, great dough. We also got a celiac-friendly pizza for my daughter, and it was really tasty. Friendly and pleasant staff. Large open space in a quiet and not at all chaotic area. Prices more than fair. Highly recommended.

08/12/2024: Warm, welcoming environment... it feels like being in the tavern at home. Very kind, prepared and fast staff. Excellent wine. The four stars for the food are only due to a defect found in one of the dishes. While the appetizers and the first course were extremely delicious, the second course of meat (we opted for the deer) did not totally justify the price or even the expectations. We were probably unlucky because in the small slice of meat (no fillet) that we were served there was a lot of waste. In any case, a really nice find. We'll be back... Maybe trying more "local" courses.

03/12/2024: Good, hospitality, competence, imagination, tradition and above all excellent knowledge of the ingredients and their combinations with the result of consuming delicious, appetizing and very tasty dishes. These two ladies are very good and it is not the first time that they have delighted us with their culinary preparations. The quality/price ratio is also good. I attach some photos.

12/03/2025: This is the real deal! Great wine and dining experience. If you are looking for an out of the way place operated by a family with home cooked food, this is it. 100's of wines to choose from. Inside dining only has room for about 10 people, but there are outside tables.

22/02/2025: Il Marchigiano è uno dei rotanti più antichi della zona, la gestione attuale risale al 1964 quando fu chiamato il “marchigiano” per rilasciare una vecchia fraschetta che non stava andando bene e da allora è ancora qui a deliziare il nostro palato con una pizza veramente molto buono, non sottile alla romana ma nemmeno dal cornicione alto alla napoletana, ma semplicemente quella della casa, ottimo impasto, leggero, morbido e digeribile con condimenti vari ed abbondanti, per me è stata una vera sorpresa. Anche gli antipasti non sono stati niente male, sia il tagliere che i fritti misti, anche questi abbondanti e vari. I fritti sono arrivati caldi, croccanti e per nulla “uniti”. Molto buone anche le patate fritte con buccia. Il servizio è stato impeccabile con tempi giusti tra le portate e la gentilezza del personale tutto. L’unico neo è stato il sorbetto al limone che non ha convinto tutti i commensali, in effetti si può fare di meglio, è arrivato un po’ troppo caldo e la qualità non è che sia stata eccezionale, sapeva un po’ di detersivo. Prezzi giusti e non esagerati. Ah dimenticavo, il ristorante è molto conosciuto in zona anche per i primi piatti e la carne, ma non avendoli provati non posso dire nulla se non che tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare le altre specialità della casa. Ultimo consiglio prima di andare è meglio prenotare, anche in mezzo alla settimana perché è sempre abbastanza affollato.
