25/01/2026: We went for Sunday lunch, an enchanting place...a paradise in the middle of nowhere! Authentic, well-prepared dishes. The first courses are all homemade, generous portions, excellent. The second courses are delicious, not to mention the side dishes and desserts. Everything was excellent...at truly affordable prices! We can't wait to return!

11/01/2026: We had lunch on a sunny day, and the location certainly deserves a mention: beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were also good, simple and homemade, with decent portions. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the service and especially the bill. We had asked for potatoes as a side dish, but just before the main courses arrived, we were told they were out of stock. We were then advised to order two side dishes instead, but in the end, the potatoes arrived as well. However, the bill included both the potatoes and an additional side dish we hadn't requested. To make matters worse, one of the main courses was charged at a different (higher) price than what was listed on the menu. In total, it was about €15 more, which we had corrected, but the inconvenience remains. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but incidents like this seriously detract from the experience and give the impression that it wasn't a simple oversight.

02/01/2026: Excellent trattoria, considered a medium-high level restaurant with a selection of particularly delicious traditional Roman dishes, both revisited and revisited. Definitely worth a try in the summer!

29/12/2025: The staff were friendly but slow, the food was nothing special except the meat, and the prices were very high.

23/12/2025: Typical Roman food. Super generous portions. Drinks are served in 1-liter bottles, like Coca-Cola or beer. Excellent charcuterie board. The pasta is delicious, whatever kind it is, but the carbonara is spectacular! The tiramisu is served with rusks and coffee so you can finish making it yourself.

16/12/2025: The variety of dishes offered is quite limited, but that shouldn't have been a problem. The chicken we ordered was undercooked and tasted like it had just been reheated; the appetizers and main courses arrived all at once. The staff (or owners?) demonstrate a complete lack of interest in their customers. The prices aren't high, but given the quality, they're not low either. We don't plan on returning.

13/02/2026: WOW, I can say, WOW. It was the best thing I've ever eaten, everything was filthy and delicious, the decor is scary, it looks like something out of a movie, the staff was so friendly, they even gave us UNO cards. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU BUILD YOUR OWN SANDWICH

07/01/2026: Truly a simple place devoid of empathy and with very ordinary cuisine. It's a shame about the prices and the arrogance, as if it were a high-end establishment. A word of advice: not everyone is ignorant about what they drink. It's pointless to go overboard with a product that doesn't meet the customer's expectations; it's considered incompetent. 19/10/2025: A lovely place to sit comfortably while enjoying a good aperitif or breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff make this a great place to try, even if it's just a bit of a hassle to find parking.

La Contrada stands out for its impeccable service and cuisine that showcases the local area with creativity. Strengths: Super-fresh ingredients, meticulous presentation, and an excellent wine list. Tip: Don't miss the homemade pasta dishes; they're the true heart of the menu. We went for lunch today and ate divinely, guided by the daily specials written on the blackboard. The pasta dishes were prepared with truly exceptional care and freshness: Tonnarelli with artichokes and guanciale Gnocchetti with clams and porcini mushrooms "Thick" fettuccine with calamari and asparagus 😋😋😋 An honorable mention goes to the fried artichokes, a true crunchy and tasty delicacy. Welcoming atmosphere and top-notch quality. Very friendly staff! Absolutely a must try❣️👏👏

16/02/2026: Nice and welcoming restaurant. Attentive and very kind staff. The only flaw was that I ordered the octopus with potatoes, but there was almost no octopus, too little. Overall, a great experience. 🤗
