22/12/2024: You go through Etruscan villages and discover rustic and authentic groves. This is the case of Polly, a Cerveteran trattoria that has nothing to send to starred gastronomic addresses, with the offer of healthy, genuine and good cuisine, made up of dishes that go down well without interference of any kind. Mixed appetizer, spaghetti ajo ojo and chili pepper and white polenta with chicory and sausage opened the dance. Tripe, omelette and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdowns or hesitations. A shrewd and friendly white wine helped the assimilation of the dishes with the right courtesy while the stirrup glass cheered up the tufaceous environment, instilling joy and happiness in the diners. Economical and popular, friendly environment. Well done, we'll be back.

20/01/2025: Simply delicious pizza! Not soggy, as often happens, but dry, fragrant, with quality seasoning (in my case raw ham, burrata and courgettes) and, I add, also highly digestible. It was my first time eating at this place but I will definitely be back! Well done!

20/03/2025: Posto non facile da trovare, in aperta campagna, ma merita assolutamente un buon pranzo o cena. Tutta la pasta fatta in casa veramente ottima , mangiato le “caramelle” sempre pasta fatta in casa con funghi porcini e tartufo BUONISSIME. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

22/01/2025: I discovered this place thanks to a surprise birthday. Large and convenient parking, with places to eat both inside and outside. Outside I also saw a nice brazier and wood-burning oven. With the excuse we had the opportunity to taste a vast choice of dishes and appetizers including: land appetizer, pappardelle with wild boar, fried vegetables, grilled aubergines, roast suckling pig; Everything I have to say is excellent. You can perceive the quality of products grown on site. Passed with full marks.

01/01/2025: Last night December 31st we went to the restaurant which was a little expensive and without a tax receipt The first ones are not bad, the second one is of poor quality, the dessert is a piece of poor quality pandoro Being New Year's Eve we expected a richer dish.. 21/02/2025: I would define this farmhouse as an oasis in the countryside between Cerveteri, Bracciano and Anguillara Sabazia. Location suitable for short stays a few kilometers from Rome. Quality food.

24/02/2025: Nice atmosphere, good service. Ample parking spaces and large, spacious room. The house wine is good, without praise or infamy. The cold cuts and cheese platter is quite large and varied. Very good trio of pork rinds, tripe and beans. The flaw is the meat, cooked too rare, so much so that it leaves the heart raw and cold. For 6 people we were served a single steak already cut. You are given hot plates on which to cook it more if needed, and needed! But then it is no longer rare and you risk ruining the flavor of the meat by overcooking it. The desserts are good and the choice is wide. At 11pm they started to set up the tables for the next day, turn off the lights and we were finishing eating the desserts... the feeling was "we're waiting for you to close!! Shall we bring you the bill???” 6 people, water, 2 wines, 1 platter of starters, meat (for 6), 4 desserts and 2 bitters €60 each... I don't know if it's worth it!

22/02/2025: The place is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food is nothing exceptional. Polenta crostini with lard, pecorino cheese and honey: Little pecorino (flakes), not even a hint of honey. Second course: guinea fowl with gorgonzola and pears. Dried guinea fowl leg (definitely reheated). Side dishes: French fries (homemade) Broccoli, good Waterfall. And bread (good with flax seeds) Total approximately 35 euros. The staff doesn't even ask you if everything went well.... A shame, because the place has a lot of potential. I won't be going back. You do as you want.
