05/01/2025: Ogni volta che vado a La Brace mi sento a casa. Ambiente caldo e familiare, personale accogliente e al tempo stesso discreto, sapori genuini e buonissimi. Non delude mai.
Vado lì sempre non solo col piacere di mangiare, ma anche di stare.
Per chi come me soffre di intolleranza al lattosio sa quanta difficoltà e quanta frustrazione comporti il mangiar fuori; avere un posto di riferimento dove il personale è preparato, non ti fa sentire un peso con le tue problematiche alimentari, dove l'offerta è al pari del resto dei miei commensali - e non fatta solo del consueto "menu ridotto" della serie "puoi mangiare solo questo o quello", dall'antipasto fino al dolce, con la Crostate di cioccolato anche per me e pizza con mozzarella senza lattosio. Avere tutto ciò significa avere un riferimento. Significa dare un'opportunità pari anche a chi soffre di intolleranze.
Lo stesso vale per le persone che talvolta mi accompagnano e soffrono di celiachia.
È un posto del cuore, una certezza e una garanzia.
Consigliatissimo!

26/01/2025: I rediscovered this restaurant after many years, and with immense pleasure I found a warm and peaceful environment, beyond the good memories I have of the place. Managed on a family basis by Chistian and Aura in a perfect way with 5 star cuisine and impeccable service. A few days ago I was there for a dinner with many friends, and they were all very satisfied. A big thank you and see you soon.
14/12/2024: We went for dinner on a Saturday night, booking half an hour in advance.
The location is simple, modest and welcoming.
The food was fresh and excellently cooked. Right portions. Minimum waiting time
Quality service, friendly and smiling waitresses, we will definitely return.

26/10/2024: Warm, hospitable. Excellent food and kind waiters who know how to present themselves and entertain. Having tried part of the sea and land menu I can easily say that the cuisine is excellent and considering that you had a complete meal from the appetizer to the coffee with associated bitters the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend
06/10/2024: Came from Rome to eat here, found it closed, and… guess what? On Google it says it's open. Update these times.

It feels like being at home.
Flavia and Gianluca welcomed us and recommended wines to pair with the dishes in an excellent way! Arianna, the cook, has outdone herself! We tried both the fish and meat dishes... what can I say? Everything perfect!
Excellent quality/price! Highly recommended

Arianna's cuisine is studied down to the smallest details, balanced, simple but elaborate at the same time. Flavia welcomed us with a fantastic smile and recommended excellent wines.

Siamo entrati ci hanno fatto accomodare 20 minuti per prendere ordinazione, piatti sbagliati cameriere scorbutiche, purtroppo da quando la proprietaria non c’è più Stefania non ci si può più andare mi dispiace do 1 stella in quanto neanche il vino era buono sembrava eurospin niente sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!!

02/03/2025: ancient business in characteristic style, similar to a tavern, in the historic center of Cerveteri. on the occasion of an event I enjoyed some mixed appetizers (fried foods, cheeses and cured meats, discreet, accompanied by flat focaccia instead of bread). also got some pizza. the latter seems to be made with the same dough as the focaccia (which at first sight seems free or almost free of oil in the dough). They make it very thin, almost like a puff pastry. a few more grams of pasta would be desirable... promoted but frankly, for my taste, not exceptional.

20/02/2025: Ci sono stata un sacco di volte in questo ristorante, mi sono trovata sempre bene per il mangiare ma ultimamente la qualità del servizio veramente pessima.
Non si può chiedere nulla ai camerieri che se no si scocciano subito addirittura sbuffando.
L'ultima volta, i miei amici hanno chiesto i biscotti della fortuma per mangiarli a tavola (ovviamente immediatamente dopo avremmo pagato il conto) e ci è stato detto che dovevamo andare a pagare per averli in modo parecchio scortese.
Al che abbiamo chiesto a un altro cameriere spiegando anche che volevamo mangiarli seduti, visto che era inverno e non era il massimo mangiarli di fuori al freddo, solo per un loro capriccio.
Dopo questa richiesta ci sono stati portati (dalla cameriera "simpatica") con un lancio poco garbato sul nostro tavolo con presente anche il conto da pagare.
Dovrebbero rivalutare il servizio e i modi...
13/02/2025: Very nice environment, clean and with sound-absorbing panels, but above all no fried/cooked smell inside or on your clothes when you leave. The car park has around forty spaces, it may not be huge but it isn't small either. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and present; the rest of the guys at the service were quick and kind. The portions are really small, on the bright side this allows you to taste a lot with minimal waste. The fried foods do not have the lightness of well-made tempura fried foods: they are greasy and heavy. I preferred Chinese and Thai food. Large amount of sweets.
One point needs to be clarified: it's not a real ayce because you have a maximum of 10 dishes per person.

06/01/2025: I stayed one night in this fabulous place. The owners Piera and Gioacchino were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable with attention to the smallest details. I took advantage of the half board formula, abundant breakfast and excellent dinner. I recommend trying the strozzapreti with wild boar ragù. Nothing to say, everything perfect.
29/12/2024: I called to say if we had left an envelope there and they had found it they said they would call me back zero, I came back and found it in the bins all the stuff destroyed

02/03/2025: We stayed on Saturday night, kindness and hospitality! Excellent restaurant, exquisite meat, even the first courses were very good... the rooms were very fragrant and clean and also quite warm with air conditioning, television and refrigerator. Breakfast was almost finished when we arrived (the only thing that made me a little unhappy) because I love having breakfast but having the girls we arrived at the last hour, breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00 and we arrived at 09:40 and the croissants were all finished but there were tarts, very good donuts, packaged cereals and something else, cappuccino and coffee made on the spot! Excellent lunch and dinner with staff who are always attentive and available, they make you feel at home! An excellent discovery
27/02/2025: A nice little place with a nice well-kept and equipped park. The food was also good. The coincidence with a rather noisy private event does not allow me to give a higher rating.
