31/05/2025: Ate well, but in 2025 where even in the third world you pay with the POS it is unacceptable to demand payment in cash with the excuse that they do not have a POS. So if you do not want to participate in a theft from the treasury you know what to do. Plus not even the receipt. I am truly surprised that today there are still such realities. 20/05/2025: Simply fantastic!!!! Simple place without table service run by a wonderful mother and daughter… food cooked with heart and wisdom! Everything is delicious from appetizer to dessert… on Sunday I ate amazing pan-fried livers not to mention the tiramisu… it's the third time I've been and I can't find any faults. THANK YOU!!! If you find yourself in Cerveteri (I recommend a visit to Banditaccia first) and you're looking for somewhere to eat well and simply, go without delay!!!!

30/06/2025: I will start by saying that I only used the restaurant, but I saw a room and it is very beautiful and characteristic. The restaurant is furnished in a rustic style, perfectly in line with the structure. Excellent service, excellent raw materials, many zero kilometer, and excellent dishes made. Prices are above average, and the estate is not so easy to reach, a very narrow road with a significant difference in height. But the view and the paths with the waterfalls are well worth it.

25/08/2025: The atmosphere is very refined, yet informal and bucolic. Discreet and efficient service. Inventive dishes enhanced by top-quality ingredients. A lengthy wine list. A must-try!

Having tried practically all of them, my family and I are thrilled every time we have breakfast here, thanks to the quality of the products and the variety of pastries. The only downside, perhaps, is the ever-increasing prices. It's definitely worth it, though! Congratulations

13/06/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave this review but I hope it will be taken as advice to improve customer service. -Update after the owner's response: I didn't get the wrong shop, it was the end of April and I also have the photos if needed- I ordered and picked up a cake for a birthday and when it was time to eat it with the celebrants, I had an unpleasant surprise. The colored decoration on top of the cake was literally inedible: very sour flavor as if there was a very high concentration of some ingredient. Luckily I had time to warn the other people. To err is human and of course! So, before leaving the review, just over half of the cake had been brought back to the shop to report the inconvenience. The response was: "We're sorry, next time we'll do it better". We're sorry too because in addition to having wasted money, we made a fool of ourselves with the guests. As a merchant, I would have at least given a bag of cookies as a gesture of apology for a mistake that can happen. We would have appreciated it. So the review is mainly to improve customer service in order to avoid losing another future regular customer (and risk another similar review).

02/07/2025: We went with about twenty people, excellent food I recommend the arrosticini, good mixed appetizer and excellent meat (even if it wasn't a tagliata but a steak) super price for what we ate, nice location but it's not ventilated enough super hot... Service in short... the waitress went haywire several times...

07/04/2025: Pranzo domenicale per festeggiare compleanno di famiglia, 11 persone (9 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 2 anni). Il pranzo e la velocità di servizio impeccabili, menu un po' ridotto ma di qualità e lo avevo provato già due volte. Però stavolta devo segnalare quanto segue come una caduta di stile: abbiamo portato una torta di pasticceria per il compleanno e ci hanno fatto pagare 2€ cadauno quindi 22€ per il taglio torta. Allora, sicuramente non sono gli unici a farlo, ma certamente non lo fanno tutti i ristoranti, e ritengo che sia un modo ridicolo per fare due spicci in più.. potrei accettare un forfettario.. ma non mi venite a dire che sia una cosa giusta quando sappiamo tutti che anche il prezzo del coperto (che c'era) è illegale!!! E quanto ricarico e guadagno hanno sulle cose, soprattutto su vino e primi!!!

06/04/2025: Menù vario, cibo buono con ottima carne alla brace. Bella posizione con vista sul borgo di Ceri e la vallata. Nelle belle giornate in lontananza si vede anche il mare. Comodo parcheggio. Personale gentile e sorridente. A differenza di altri clienti la nostra tavolata ha molto apprezzato il fatto che il ristorante NON accetti gli animali. Ristorante consigliato.

20/05/2025: Barrel si trova in una splendida piazzetta nel centro storico di Cerveteri. Ha interni curati, arredati in maniera semplice ed accogliente, e uno spazio esterno ben armonizzato con l'ambiente. Il cibo è ottimo, con buona scelta di primi, carni e diversi piatti vegetali. Il tutto cucinato con competenza a partire da ingredienti di qualità. Il servizio è accurato, professionale e molto cortese. Da segnalare una carta dei vini ricca e ben selezionata. Prezzo onesto.

17/05/2025: Once again we were extremely satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere! Menu composed of seasonal raw materials and "original" combinations. Everything was more than good from the appetizer to the dessert. Attentive and fast service. Thank you very much, see you next time!
