We started with the idea of ​​a tasting menu, but the meats and their appearance overwhelmed us: we took modern bruschetta (delicious and innovative), a juicy and very tasty 400g hamburger, presented on the plate in an inviting manner with baked potatoes and flakes of caciocavallo podolico; a premium entrecote with Patanegra lard and pink pepper, very tender and tasty! Baked potatoes seasoned with provola sauce and becon, delicious! We drove 1 hour because we don't live close by, but it was worth it! Young and expert staff when it comes to cooking and treating meat, an informal and very well-attended environment. Fair prices for those who are used to eating quality meat.
