A gem in the center of Minturno: exceptional pizza and a breathtaking view! This pizzeria is a real guarantee: light dough, top-quality ingredients, and a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, from classic to more indulgent. The location right in the center offers a wonderful view, making the atmosphere even more special. The staff also makes the difference: welcoming, attentive, and extremely kind. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the maître d' was impeccable in finding us an ideal spot. Highly recommended!

Good pizzeria, pleasant atmosphere.

A very characteristic pizzeria and restaurant located in the ancient square of old Minturno, accessed via a small staircase from the street adjacent to the castle. From the square, the tables located right next to the low wall (only three or four) offer a splendid view of the plain below. Excellent food and pizzas, very friendly and efficient staff. Service was prompt, even for a Saturday evening in July. Prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended. The only problem is that since it's a medieval village, parking can be difficult, especially during busy tourist periods. However, if you're not afraid of walking a few hundred meters, there are municipal parking lots. The walk is well worth it, too, as you stroll through the narrow streets of this beautiful village.

Top-notch ingredients and excellent digestibility! A true gem for lovers of good pizza. You immediately notice the attention to the ingredients: fresh, seasonal ingredients and perfectly crafted pairings. The dough is incredibly light, well-leavened, and has a fragrant crust that melts in your mouth. You leave the table satisfied and without that heavy feeling. The service could be improved, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The place is truly beautiful: the square, the trees, the terrace, the view—everything is beautiful. Even on a crowded July evening with a town festival, we were welcomed and treated with professionalism and courtesy. There were eight of us, each with their own preferences and timing, but the service was simply perfect. Given such a clear team effort from a young and passionate team, I can only offer compliments. The crocchettone is excellent, I recommend it: perfectly fried and with quality fillings. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because I didn't particularly like the pizza dough, too soft for my taste and it also suffered during cooking, but the ingredients on the gorgonzola and walnut pizza were excellent, especially the prosciutto. Other diners reported the exact opposite, but all eight of us agree that a 4.5 out of 5 is the right rating: there's hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism, and they deserve recognition regardless of personal preference.
