02/05/2026: Terrible experience, I don't recommend it, terrible service!!! We ate on May 1st with the fixed menu, very expensive for what you get.... €3. A BITTER DISH!! When they told us it would be free!!!! We asked for bread several times, even insistently. Terrible service, a truly miserable appetizer, not to mention the zeppolina, which was basically a piece of gum. To the owner, I say: Smile, you know him like the handle of an umbrella!

02/05/2026: Very good food, but the wait between the first and second courses was a bit too long. The waiter had to, let's say, encourage the meat. Everything else was perfect.

12/07/2026: Terrible. Extremely dry, low-quality pizza, saltless croquettes, and chips that feel like cement in your mouth. The cold cuts on the rustic pizza seem like they're from 10 years ago. Extremely high prices for a pizzeria that should offer everything for €1 for the quality. I don't recommend it.

17/06/2026: I would like to add that the service is actually the worst I have ever seen. The waiters here are extremely rude. There is absolutely no customer service or respect for guests. “Go order it yourself, go do it yourself, go find the waiter who takes orders because I’m the waiter who only brings the food.” As customers, we really don’t care how your staff duties are divided. We came here to relax and spend our money. Being shouted at and told that you are being forced to work here is not our problem. If you don’t want to work, then quit. You, as the public face of this restaurant, are completely ruining its reputation. I do not recommend this place. I hope competitors from the CIS countries open nearby and demonstrate what excellent customer service looks like, with polite and professional waiters instead of the kind of staff working here now.

25/05/2026: I visited this restaurant alone and had a fantastic time! The food was tasty, affordable, and the ambiance was really nice. I loved that there was a breezy spot where I could charge my phone inside, and the outdoor seating was super cozy. Plus, the staff were amazing, special thanks to Faris, the waiter, who even made me a custom pasta dish off the menu.

04/03/2026: I visited with my fiancée in September 2025, and an Italian woman greeted us warmly at the door and served us with a constant smile. We ordered two cappuccinos and a croissant, and it was the best part; we paid €3.90 for everything! Each item cost €1.30, and the coffee was the best we've ever had, and the croissant was delicious too. The atmosphere was fantastic, true Italy, and we highly recommend it 😁

17/05/2026: A piadina lover, I was very satisfied with both the quality and the wide selection. Perfect for lunch, dinner (like this one), or just a simple treat. Everyone was very satisfied. The platter and the sauce sticks that top it all off are an absolute highlight. Excellent value for money.

13/04/2026: My room was on the first floor. I know the rooms on the other side were better, but it doesn't take much. From the door in the hallway leading to the rooms, the omen was already there. The hallway had a ceiling of sheet metal panels (one, yes, but two). The large room had 1970s furniture, and everything was dented. But that's the least of it. The air conditioner had a drain pipe that drained into the shower. The bathroom door stopped at the toilet, hiding the bidet. To use the toilet, you had to move to the shower to close the door. The bidet had a rusted handle. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were courteous.

03/04/2026: Booking at the last minute we came across this hotel which surprised us positively from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the mattress and the room had all the services you would not expect from a 3 star hotel... optimal location near the toll booth, welcoming family management highly recommended!

26/06/2026: I went to this McDonald's drive thru. The cashier showed absurd levels of arrogance and rudeness. She deserved an "appropriate" response from me, but I would have put myself on her level. All this just because I asked for change in other coins since she gave me 4 euros in 20 cent coins. Her response was "Do you want them???" and she closed the window in my face. This happened only 2 or 3 nights ago, and I hope I never have to deal with such an unpleasant person again. If you don't love your job, change. Customers shouldn't be treated like that.

18/06/2026: I asked for the menu with the World Cup glass and they didn't give me the glass. Same order, Big Tasty Bacon, without bacon. The staff was rude and slow, despite the low traffic.

05/04/2026: Terrible service!!! The waitresses pretended not to hear us. We went up 6–7 times to order coffee, and everyone was served except us students. It felt like they were ignoring us and acting as if they didn’t see us. All three waitresses behaved this way.I don’t think there were so many customers that they couldn’t keep up. We waited 40 minutes for our coffee and, in the end, never received it. If you want your business to keep thriving, you should train your staff to handle even the basics properly. Right now, it feels like they’re doing us a favor by working, rather than doing their job. 🤦🏻‍♀️

02/07/2026: I was already a big fan of Art&Cafe for its wonderful vibe, cool events and the sense of community in Prospect Heights. Tonight tried their fabulous empanadas with a kale salad and home made hot sauce. Absolutely delicious!
