11/06/2026: The pizzas looked very good, with excellent shape, noticeable crust, and sophisticated toppings that demonstrate careful selection of ingredients. Unfortunately, however, the aesthetic appeal was not matched by the quality of the dough. The aromas and flavors were nonexistent; I love crusts, but this one was almost devoid of air bubbles, with a compact, heavy, and in some places semi-raw crumb. Even the center of the pizza seemed to have been undercooked. Overall, the dough was heavy and difficult to digest, making the experience significantly less than the expectations created by the presentation. A shame, because the foundation for a high-quality pizza seems to be there, but the dough execution needs significant improvement.

18/05/2026: I stayed there in May 2026. A beautiful, large hotel with spacious rooms, a gym, and a rooftop pool. It's located about 1km from the city center where the bars are. The hotel has a good restaurant and a good breakfast.

Very professional and knowledgeable about their work, I can only recommend her if you want top-quality cakes and pastries and want to create stunning surprise cakes. Excellent bakery with baked goods as well.
Really friendly and helpful staff.
Management has changed and it's improved.
I hope they'll restart the deli service as well.
The only downside is that the place is a bit small.

23/05/2026: We stopped here for lunch and it was a surprise: we had an appetizer of mozzarella and prosciutto, followed by gnocchi with artichoke sauce, and the slow-cooked pork, potatoes, and chard on the side. Everything was very well cooked and tasty. The owners are very friendly and helpful. What a surprise!

02/06/2026: Today, June 2nd, I visited the Osteria da Titina on the Casilina road to Cassino and I was impressed by the quality of the dishes, the quality-price ratio is excellent, the staff was very kind, I highly recommend trying it, exquisite food, especially the linguine with lots of fish, excellent fried fish that was not soaked in oil, etc. It is recommended.
31/05/2026: The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, starting with the location: a gas station.
Fixed-price menus with a choice of meat and fish: €20 and €25, served fairly quickly. The bruschetta with black bread...needs to be reconsidered, as it was bread and tomato!
The pasta was good: gnocchi with eggplant and sausage; the main course was less good: veal prosciutto, but nothing exceptional.
They didn't serve dessert due to the heat, but only five pieces of fruit (there were five in total) with a flavorless melon.
All in all, for €20, it's worth it, with no extras (not even a cover charge) and two complimentary coffees.

14/07/2026: Multi-service space for everyone... Bar, cafeteria, restaurant, event rooms, grill, service station (for buses, tourists, and people passing through), gift shop.... Takeaway and eat-in food sales (pizza by the slice, sandwiches, tramezzini...), automated payment service (in all languages), large and clean restrooms, FREE parking, even for a cruise.... Very professional, helpful, and experienced staff...
Large indoor and outdoor space.
Stopping here is truly WORTH IT!!! ;) :)
