05/04/2024: I had been there a few years ago and I must say that the food was really good. Excellent raw materials with truly special homemade pasta. Rather original combinations that meet the pleasure of the palate. Every time you would like to take everything from the appetizer to the dessert but you have to restrain yourself because the dishes are abundant. Congratulations for your professionalism maintained over time.

05/04/2024: We were in traffic and so we decided to go and eat something in Ferentino. This restaurant was a very pleasant, welcoming surprise, family run, with surprising attention to the quality of the food and the combination and balance of flavours. All delicious with a good quality/price ratio and an excellent cellar. We will definitely be back.

31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.

03/04/2024: A small shop but where you can buy some really excellent sweets. The orange donuts are special. We pack them every time we go to Fumone. If they aren't ready you can ask and after about thirty minutes they take them out of the oven. Really good.

01/03/2024: Sfizio Pasta turns out to be a culinary pearl right next to the Frosinone motorway exit. Homemade pasta is clearly the protagonist, as demonstrated by the images of the dishes served, which exude authenticity and passion for Italian cuisine. The broth in which the tortellini carefully sealed by hand swim is a hymn to tradition, while the pasta served on the plate, both in the red version and with salmon and courgettes, is a clear sign of the restaurant's commitment to enhancing local flavours.

Excellent traditional cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment, pampered by Chef Luca and the restaurant manager Enrico, we spent two wonderful days. The quality of the raw materials and the combinations are indisputable, everything is excellent, from the appetizers to the first courses, to the roasts, to the dessert, to the very particular coffee service and to the finale with the sought-after digestives of the area. Modest prices and very generous portions. Thanks to all the staff and see you soon.

23/01/2024: I celebrated my wedding here on 1 October 2023, everything was absolutely fantastic, starting from the food to the service, the location then left you breathless, very kind and super-prepared staff, Antonia who helped me with the organization was absolutely exceptional, patient, smart, kind and above all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will definitely be my first choice for any future ceremonies.
