The establishment is deservedly awarded a Michelin star, and from the first minutes of your stay it becomes clear why. Let's start with an aperitif: Insalata primavera (mixed greens, strawberries, goat cheese, balsamic dressing and crispy herb croutons) is a light but surprisingly balanced dish, where the sweetness of the strawberries perfectly sets off the soft acidity of the dressing and the creaminess of the cheese. An elegant starter that awakens the appetite. For the main course - Costata di Scottona nazionale, served by weight. The meat is impeccable: juicy, aromatic, fried exactly as ordered. The rice side dish was simple, but to the point - the emphasis is on the quality of the main ingredient, and this is felt in every bite. The final chord — Crema bruciata alla nocciola with salted caramel and cocoa crumble — is a real revelation for dessert lovers. The finest balance between sweet and salty, delicate texture and exquisite presentation make this dish a worthy end to the evening. The attentiveness of the staff is especially worth noting — friendly, welcoming, always ready to help and tell about the dishes. A small but pleasant attention: while we were waiting for our order, they served us fresh cherries — a sign of sincere care for the guest. The restaurant's interior is refined and at the same time cozy — it is clear that they honor traditions here, but are not afraid of a modern approach. The atmosphere is conducive to a leisurely evening, and you really want to stay here longer. I recommend: reservations are a must — not only because of its high popularity, but also because such quality does not go unnoticed by connoisseurs of cuisine. 24/05/2025: In the three days we stayed in Marostica for dinner we used Trattoria Caissa and I must say that we had a great time, quiet environment, kind and prepared staff, dishes proposed by the chef tasty and delicate as in the attached photographs. Compliments

24/05/2025: Pizza with good ingredients, but the abundance of mozzarella makes it a bit too rubbery. Friendly staff, but very hasty.. the feeling is that they are in a hurry to have the table free. Coke made between the change of the keg and delivered anyway even though it was flat.

05/04/2025: Delicious pizza! I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. Light dough, thin, crunchy and cooked well, everything perfect. Excellent beer and impeccable service. Definitely recommended. Nice environment, large and elegant.

19/04/2025: This is not a commonly good pizza. This is a particular pizza, a real culinary experience. Refined products, high quality and expertly combined. The service is also excellent and with attention to detail. So, if you love pizza, but even if it isn't your favorite dish, I highly recommend you try it, it will certainly be a particularly pleasant experience. Congratulations to the staff!!!

16/04/2025: From 5 stars, I go to 1 star. 1). Cuisine: Today: the things I ate were certainly good, but... I accidentally saw behavior with one of the dishes, and I no longer wanted to eat. 2 ). The person who was in my company had low morale, and had turned on the music on his phone, so low that he couldn't even hear it, they grumbled and forced him to turn it off. I understand if in a restaurant you listen to music at a high volume which then annoys other people, and they're right, but we couldn't even hear it. Then.. there were 2 other guys who were listening to videos I presume from Facebook, with a louder volume than my friend's music, and they didn't say anything to them. It makes you angry! At least they could grumble too! 3 ). Now I'm talking about bathrooms. There isn't even a disabled bathroom! Inside the room there are 2 bathrooms (practically a hole in the floor)... and those who are not young will find it difficult to go to the bathroom without any support! Plus, outside there is a third bathroom which of the other two, only they don't wash it often, in there it smells like it makes you want to vomit! Then the owner often forgets to open it (with the key). Plus, inside there was a tap under the sink that leaked water, and they didn't dry, my friend slipped there and now went to the sink, he hurt his ribs! I had already complained about the tap leaking, so I don't know if they fixed that at least, because I never went there again.

11/05/2025: Brewery and more, with a pleasant atmosphere, always different beers, tasted a couple on various occasions and all very good. Super bruschettas, highly recommended, with various doughs and interesting combinations. The sandwiches are also excellent, at the right price given the quality ingredients and the love that goes into the preparations. Congratulations to the owner Davide, who comes often to drink quality Italian beer!

27/03/2025: Glasses of very little wine in quantity, dirty table, all accompanied only by very few chips. Among other things, after us they served two glasses to another couple.... perhaps regular customers,.... and the quantity was at least double.... very unpleasant experience... I'm sorry!
