04/10/2025: Whether you eat at a restaurant or comfortably at home (given the home delivery option), I can confirm the quality of the service and the deliciousness of the food. I have a weakness for "boats," so if I have to eat raw, I rely on Ming to be sure. Congratulations 👍🏼

07/01/2026: Always a guarantee, from the welcome to the service, from the wine to the dishes that manage to be creative yet rooted in tradition.
04/01/2026: The goose ravioli were delicious, but the spaghetti with quail wasn't, which was rather poorly cooked.
The rosemary tagliata was good, as was the goose leg...and again, the guinea fowl with chestnuts was dry in several places.
Everything was a bit unbalanced in salt.
The biggest disappointment was when, what I believe to be the owner, picked out a wine of his choice and decided that was what we should drink, without offering anything else, and poured it.
A sensational choice for a place that seems to place a lot of emphasis on service.

11/01/2026: Discovered thanks to Borghese's "4 Restaurants" program, our expectations were more than confirmed. A lovely place in the center of Bassano, managed by a team of very friendly young professionals.
Very good food!
I recommend the radicchio and sausage lasagna. One of the best I've ever tasted.
Compliments to the staff!
06/01/2026: We went to Osteria Terraglio for lunch. Pampered by the young staff who welcomed us and made us feel at home, we chose an artichoke tart with cheese fondue as an appetizer. For our main course, we had fantastic bigoli with Bassano broccoli and Trentino trout, and for our main course, Bassano broccoli with mushrooms, rice crispy, and black garlic sauce...all sublime. For dessert, the Recioto pavlova was delicious, and the coffee was top-notch...I'm picky about that, too!

05/01/2026: Delicious food, beautiful location, and great prices. Some friends and I had the bigoli with duck, which was very generous and delicious, along with braised beef ravioli, rabbit, and lamb chops... Everything was delicious! The only downside is the rude staff.
10/11/2025: We had some delicious first courses (pumpkin and porcini mushroom soup, pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage). A fantastic rib-eye steak. All accompanied by an excellent sparkling Rabosello. Dessert to finish. As always, everything was delicious and at tavern-like prices. Top!

01/10/2025: I had dinner with my wife, relying on the owner, Roberto, and chef Alex to design the menu. Everything was fantastic: from the simple yet delicious appetizers, to the original and well-prepared first course, to the truly excellent and carefully prepared meat...all accompanied by an excellent wine. Everything was truly delicious, and above all, the attentive service was calm and relaxed.

04/01/2026: We had dinner at this beautiful, historic trattoria outside the center of Bassano, and it was like stepping back in time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the owner, Nello, who makes you feel at home with his friendliness and simplicity. The food was very good; we recommend the tripe and Venetian-style liver, but the menu also offers a wide selection of game, fish, and local dishes. Prices were reasonable, portions were generous, and parking was easy. We highly recommend!
03/01/2026: I've been coming here with my family for a while now; there's always something new! As always, the food is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful (Chef Nello, his wife, and daughter), and the prices are excellent for the quality/quantity! You really feel like you're part of the family!

28/09/2025: Impeccable dinner, a unique experience. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings, which we found to be spot on. What can I say? Try it and believe it. The staff were helpful and welcoming, all in an elegant atmosphere. Well done, everything was delicious 😁
