The owners, though very busy, are smiling and kind to their numerous customers.
Illy coffee is always a guarantee, and the gelato is excellent.
Highly recommended!
11/11/2025: Four of us went to this gelateria, and it was a truly enjoyable experience! We loved the pardula gelato—simply delicious—and the coffee was excellent, too.
The lady at the counter was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. She makes her gelato by hand, with passion, and offers unique flavors that only she can make.
We travel often and have tasted many gelatos in different places, but this is definitely one of the best we've ever had, and without a doubt the best in the Lake Garda area.
We'll definitely be back next time!

20/07/2026: Restaurant and pizzeria with excellent pizzas. The lakeside dishes are excellent, as is the shrimp curry rice. We've been coming here ever since the management changed hands. The owner is always smiling and friendly. Her staff is also very friendly.
20/07/2026: We ate here 3 times during our holiday in Pai. It was a very good restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food was served quickly. Moreover, the food was delicious! It is only a fifteen-minute walk uphill from the lake. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for the pleasant atmosphere and hospitality. Regards, Mees (and Merel)

16/08/2026: We liked it, we went in and out because there was no place indoors with air conditioning, but we didn't want to sit outside in +30 degrees.

12/05/2026: We ate our first pizza in Italy here and we were very satisfied! Upon request, they also made a salami pizza with regular salami for my son, as the menu only listed a spicy one.
Even in bad weather, the outdoor seating area, overlooking the water, is very pleasant and allows you to enjoy your meal.

03/08/2026: Great location - with a choice of waterfront tables or pop around to the side street. You’ll find locals there too.
Excellent service (compliments to all the guys who were extremely friendly and welcoming) and great food. Trio of tartare was refreshingly good in the hot weather. We shared a Lasagne and a Pizza in the couple of times we ate here. The lasagne was authentic. Pizza was great.
Amazing home made Tiramisu.
Great spot - and infinitely better to the awful place next door.

The food was simply excellent, with meticulous attention to detail and top-quality ingredients that were instantly recognizable. Special mention goes to the first courses, which were truly exceptional and rich in flavor. Topping it all off was the exceptional hospitality: the staff welcomed us with rare warmth and kindness, making us feel pampered from start to finish, just like at home. 11/08/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't allowed. It's not a place where you eat, but where you dance.
The food isn't good; the waiter, in a friendly manner, offered us a trio of first courses and a half liter of wine.
We ate quickly to escape the chaotic place. When we got to the bill, we were presented with a bill of €90!!!!
€90 for four first courses divided among five people and a half liter of wine.
Afterwards, I pointed out at the cashier that the bill was disproportionate to what we ate, but the situation didn't change; in fact, the icing on the cake was not even receiving a receipt detailing the products consumed.
I strongly advise against it!

10/08/2026: The food was okay, the tiramisu was very good. The service was annoying. They switched to German very quickly even though we tried to speak Italian; we felt like we were bothering them. They didn't even say thank you after we left a 10% tip. A shame. Perhaps we were late, arriving at 1:30 pm.
03/08/2026: NO PETS ALLOWED - Dogs are not allowed. If you have them, please do not book.

17/05/2026: Super friendly service! Not pushy like in some other restaurants in Italy. The waiters waited until everyone had finished eating and didn't clear your plate as soon as you'd finished your last bite, still holding your cutlery.
The food was delicious; we had fish and pasta. Excellent value for money, better than right at the main promenade. The view was fantastic, right on the lake! Definitely recommended!

We moved from a small bar nearby due to the lack of friendliness and found a really lovely, secluded spot just a stone's throw from the lake.
The girls were very kind and polite and greeted us with a smile (a detail that makes a big difference).
The bill was fair, and we'd love to come back for an aperitif as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your kindness and warm welcome.
28/04/2026: A great bar, a lovely little family...Tiziano, Asia and their mother, plus a sweet Collie...we enjoyed a cappuccino and a relaxing drink in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very hospitable...we'll be back...Greetings, Ute, Toni and Aby

02/08/2026: The welcome was rather… unusual, let's say. Then, the Spritzes arrived without any bubbles :( The pizzas weren't exceptional, but the gnocchi and pasta were good! I still had a good time though :)
18/07/2026: We'd been there 20 years ago, and it wasn't bad. Maybe the owner should retire. We sat down, and the waitress immediately brought us menus, but we waited almost 20 minutes before the owner came to take our orders. There was only one table to serve, seating six people, and we were amused to hear him questioning the flavors of the orders and commenting on the customers' choices while taking our orders. When he came to take our order, he questioned my wife's requests, saying that they made the food they ordered and that it would be fine. In the end, my wife, after eating almost half the food, ran to the bathroom and threw up everything. Absolutely avoid. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I won't even set foot in there again.

02/08/2026: Had a bizarre experience here, I innocently took a picture of the drinks menu to share with friends for an “in joke”, the most aggressive response from the waitress accusing me of industrial espionage and stealing the recipes for drinks. I then took a picture of the view and she doubled down. I should have walked out in hindsight. The big secret I stole is “Passion Fruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine, Schweppes Lemon”, apparently award winning and coveted by bars in Verona.
20/07/2026: I visited a few times because of the beautiful location. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable there; the person (the owner?) was very unfriendly. I visited again today and got a table. Without a greeting, she slammed the napkin holder down on the table and had a look on her face that made her think she didn't deserve to spend her money there. I got up and never went back!
