Ristorante MoLá In Torri del benaco

Excellent food and service, lovely comfortable setting. Best carbonara we've ever had and strawberry risotto exceeded all expectations.

Whenever I come to Torri del Benaco, I can only stop at this restaurant. The natural cuisine, using products straight from the farm to the plate, is simply magnificent.

Anyone looking for something a little different on their plate should head to MoLa on Via Gardesana in Torri del Benaco. They offer dishes and wines from the Lazio and Molise regions (Central Italy) with truly creative flair. It was our first time there, and after a brief hesitation, we opted for the Tris di Bruschette and two different risottos: one with pesto, guanciale crostini, and ribwort plantain (!), and another with tomatoes and strawberries (!). We were simply blown away! The flavor combinations were fantastic, paired with a superb, mineral white wine – simply outstanding! And be sure to try the wood-roasted coffee.

It was our first time there, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The owner was attentive and explained the menu to us. The food was excellent – ​​not the usual standard fare. I highly recommend everyone stop by. Unfortunately, the restaurant is located right on the main road, but that didn't bother us too much.

We had a great dining experience at MoLa. The son is in the front and is eager to help you pick the right dishes with the right wine. Mom in the kitchen makes exceptional food from local ingredients. We went twice and will go back again next year.

A very good Roman restaurant! The place is welcoming and the owner very kind. We ate very well! For two: Roman-style artichokes, fried artichokes, a cacio e pepe, a carbonara, two glasses of wine, water, and wine, 42 each. A complimentary liqueur was offered at the end. Recommended
