14/02/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, the staff is friendly and kind, very helpful and always ready to provide advice and clarifications. The food is excellent, top quality meat cooked correctly. The price is medium-high, but fair for the quality offered. I go there every time I'm in the area, highly recommended.

18/01/2025: Mai cenato e mai cenerò e lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Dopo aver prenotato di gioved un tavolo per sei persone per un compleanno ci presentiamo come accordi con la titolare alle 20,30 del sabato.
Un ragazzo sicuro di sé e sgarbatamente ci dice che non c’è nessuna prenotazione,
gli chiediamo di parlare con la titolare ma ci dice che è impegnata e che non può uscire.
Gli faccio vedere anche la telefonata.
E niente.
Rimaniamo fuori al freddo,alle 9 di sera
senza delle scuse e con un compleanno da festeggiare.
Bastava anche un scusateci sarete nostre ospiti o un bicchiere di vino.
Grazie ce lo ricorderemo tutta la vita e soprattutto sarà una cosa da raccontare…
17/01/2025: Un régal de début jusqu’à la fin - les antipasti délicieux , nous avons pris de la viande Black angus - sublime et Le dessert tout légers toute en finesse pour terminer ce repas.
Le serveur au petits soins gère seul la salle - très professionnel.

02/02/2025: It's worth every single euro spent and it was worth the trip from Trentino. The pizzas are absurd, even a "simple" (not easy) marinara turns into a sensorial experience.
The doughs are phenomenal, after three bites they disappear and are very incisive. To conclude, rose cake, also stratospheric.

01/02/2025: Dopo essere entrati nel locale ed essermi presentato, con nome, cognome,tavolo x 2,una signora ci accompagna,di gran carriera ,per farci accomodare in una tavolata apparecchiata per 10 persone,dicendoci di sedere (li) ,che tanto non sarebbe arrivato nessuno.ci faceva strano ma ci siamo fidati.
Dopo aver servito persone prima di noi ,ci decidiamo a chiedere chiarimenti e ci fanno alzare, spostandoci ,nel nostro agognato tavolo,senza nessuna scusa,dicendoci che dove eravamo seduti stava arrivando una compagnia di persone.
È ora di" comanda",finalmente ,ma prima,la signora ci fa la battutaccia:volevate mangiare per 10 heeeee?????😅
Trippe poco cotte , insipide,mancavano gli aromi,buone le verdure....con c è più educazione,manco quando la paghi🤦
29/01/2025: I was happy to have consumed good food but as regards the very poor service especially in the timing I waited too long then I made a request for bread which never arrived after a meal I didn't have much choice only the food was excellent the rest from scratch or the meal then I also have to say that they too and I had time to finish

28/01/2025: I was yesterday for lunch break, I've been other times and the cuisine isn't that great as good pizza... the place is nice and well kept, friendly staff... but I'm sorry I didn't like the food more than anything else because the industrial quantity of garlic in the sauce... too heavy...
24/01/2025: 2 of us went there this evening for an aperitif, just before 6pm. A waitress made us sit at the bar, there were no other customers. We wait 10 minutes, no one comes to take the order, there are 3 behind the counter and they chat among themselves. We nod and finally we can order: 2 soft drinks without ice and ask what we can nibble on. Answer: pizzas only after 6.30pm. Ok, anything else? It's a place where you eat, right? I have to specify to the waiter that we would obviously have paid. The aperitifs arrived after another long wait with 8 ice cubes each.

15/12/2024: The stay at this property was overall pleasant. The room was welcoming and very clean, and I really appreciated the quality of the internal restaurant, where I ate really well. The food was of the highest standard and you could sense the care taken in the preparation and choice of ingredients. However, I must point out that the restaurant is quite expensive: the price is probably justified by the quality, but it is good to be aware of this. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Being used to the buffet format, I found it less practical to have to choose in advance what I would eat the following day. This mode made me feel a little limited, and the final quantity was very small compared to other experiences in similar structures.

21/10/2024: Sono stata all'Hosteria Moderna due anni fa per un pranzo col mio compagno e abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Siamo tornati qualche giorno fa per una cena e purtroppo il nostro bel ricordo è stato smentito. Era sabato sera, siamo arrivati alle 21:00 circa, non avendo prenotato abbiamo avuto un tavolo in un posto non molto comodo. Consiglio quindi la prenotazione.
Il servizio al tavolo è stato cortese, purtroppo la qualità è la quantità del cibo no. Ho ordinato un'insalata col tonno ed è arrivato un piatto molto scarso, con foglie non perfettamente sane, qualche fettina di Finocchio e nulla di più.
Il mio compagno ha preso un hamburger ai gamberoni, la quantità delle patatine era inferiore se paragonata ad altri locali simili veronesi (a parità di prezzo).
Purtroppo non soddisfatti.
02/10/2024: ho cenato recentemente all'Hosteria Moderna e devo dire che sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della scelta!
hamburger buono saporito e abbondante patatine fritte per niente pesanti o unte!
consigliato!
