08/05/2025: Boiled with peara! Superfood from Veneto! Here you eat them really well, boiled meat with important collagen, boiled vegetables and classic sauces...excellent pèara! The right protein dish... to take off like a rocket the next day. Top price/quality.

25/05/2025: Very characteristic and medieval place, welcoming atmosphere and courteous service. I tried the rib and sauerkraut. The meat was good overall, although not particularly tender. The sauerkraut, on the other hand, seemed not very tasty, a bit anonymous compared to expectations. The krostel was tastier and more inviting although it still lacked that something to make it top. The portions are abundant and the price is right, in line with what is offered. Overall a decent experience, with some details to improve.

25/05/2025: Delicious food, great service, and an indescribable view all the way to Lake Garda make this restaurant worth a visit for everyone. We were initially a bit put off by the front area—it was quite warm and stuffy. But if you walk further, you'll find the back area, which is more open and cozy. There's also a spacious roof terrace inside the fortress with a great view.

24/05/2025: A place with an almost infinite history, since 1875. Garden with a beautiful view of the lake, very well-kept and intimate. Very refined interiors that try to combine history with modernity. Extremely helpful staff in telling the history of the restaurant and the menu, attentive to the most diverse needs of the diners. Food very well cared for both in aesthetics and taste. Purely local dishes well combined. The only small flaw for our personal taste is the fact that, who we believe was the owner, spoke and paid attention only to the tables of people he knew without asking us, customers for the first time, how the dinner was going. Obviously this behavior made us a little uncomfortable and made us feel like "outsiders" in the place. We would like to point out that this behavior bothered us because of our way of being and relating to people. Furthermore, this behavior, in our opinion, was brilliantly compensated by an extremely attentive, polite and kind waitress who made us experience a dinner and an evening that we will certainly not forget. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Truly exceptional value for money.
