30/06/2025: Avevo buone aspettative viste le recensioni sul sito. Prenotato con largo anticipo e segnalato la celiachia. Arrivato mi viene assegnato un buon tavolo nella spianata terrazzo; tavoli disposti in modo da allocarne il maggior numero ma con la conseguenza che un lato gode il panorama ma l'altro gira le spalle. I primi sono di pasta fatta in casa ma i ragù appena passabili. Preferisco sorvolare su secondi e dolci. Dato che il menù non descrive la presenza di allergeni o glutine, fatto presente che avevamo segnalato la celiachia, ci si risponde che andava segnalata in anticipo perché la cucina deve usare un' altra pentola.... Credo di aver incappato nella serata sbagliata perché il servizio non era proporzionato al numero dei clienti ed era ovvio lo stress delle povere ragazze che servivano ma 2 a volte 3 non possono gestire un centinaio di persone. Mi spiace scrivere note negative e voglio sperare che la serata fosse semplicemente la sera sbagliata ma noi festeggiavamo 2 compleanni e doveva essere almeno all' altezza di quanto poi abbiamo pagato anche se il costo non era per noi un problema.

25/06/2025: Bella terrazza con vista sulle colline e i vigneti Personale gentilissimo e accoglienza calorosa Piatti della tradizione ottimamente cucinati, tutto fatto in casa e porzioni abbondanti. Al primo.posto metterei i cari tipi di pasta fatta in casa con vasta scelta di sughi da abbinare. Memorabili le tagliatelle al sugo. Davvero la trattoria di una volta!

14/07/2025: We frequent the restaurant and inn periodically for leisure and health reasons, given the exceptional hospital in Negrar, but as soon as I enter the room I've booked or the restaurant, even my worst worries vanish. The rooms are impeccably clean, with daily service and everything is always there! The rooms are tastefully and practically furnished! Nothing is missing! I even spend entire weeks there and never have any space or organization issues! The restaurant's ambience is elegantly understated! The spaces are carefully and intelligently organized... I love the open grill! Not only can I see the delicacies I'm about to savor being prepared live, but I can also watch them cook in a large, spacious, tastefully and expertly constructed fireplace! Each dish is crafted with mastery and expert hands, with flavors always perfectly combined and balanced like few others: after all, if you combine excellent quality ingredients with professionalism, you can only create exceptional dishes! The atmosphere, however, is what makes everything even more beautiful and appreciated: an impeccable family-run business supported by competent, always welcoming and smiling staff! I'm demanding, but I'm always satisfied with attention and availability! There's a sense of serenity and professionalism, without unnecessary formality or conventionality! The desserts offered are often skillful transformations of traditional bases into modern twists, and tasting them offers a truly intense sensory experience! What can I say: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alla Porchetta a San Peretto: A Real Guarantee!

09/07/2025: Everything was delicious, from the meat, which was beautifully prepared, to the fish, the pike, which I ate with gusto for the first time. I'll gladly return.

02/07/2025: Nice little place, typical cuisine and super generous portions. Friendly and fast service, in this trattoria you feel at home and would never leave! In the summer evenings it is a great place to eat at a pleasant temperature outside. They have a lot of proposals. A place suitable for large groups for business dinners or events. We have eaten the pizza several times (giant!!) light and digestible though. The first courses are also very good! If you want to spend an evening with good food and in a familiar and relaxing environment, you have to come and visit them!

20/07/2025: Serata con amici ordinato 2 piatti freddi che sono arrivati subito peccato per le due pizze arrivate dopo 10 minuti x fortuna che gli amici avevano piatto freddo e siamo riusciti a mangiare insieme che dire della pizza dopo averla chiesto ben cotta era mezza cruda gli altri piatti nella norma ci ritornerò di sicuro non a mangiare la pizza

24/06/2025: I asked for half a portion of pasta, obviously they made me pay for the whole portion!!! I asked at the cashier the reason and with arrogance I was told that it is always the same price! NEVER AGAIN

27/05/2025: Last night around 7pm we asked for an aperitif and Graziella, even though she was closing, was very kind and thoughtful in seating us. A good aperitif and lots of friendliness.... We also returned this morning for breakfast with the delicious pastries!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

20/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, with high-quality food, beautifully served and plated. Beautiful location with a lovely terrace, everything very elegant and refined, yet with a rustic atmosphere. Excellent wine cellar, but after all, we're in the heart of one of the world's most famous wine regions. Very friendly, knowledgeable, competent staff, attentive to every request. Parking is very close, the location is quiet, and every part of the restaurant is meticulously maintained. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: The restaurant, located in the heart of the Policella Valley, surrounded by green hills, allows you to fully appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of this elegant and meticulously maintained setting. The quality of the food is excellent, as is the wine cellar. The sommelier recommended wines to pair with each dish. The service was courteous and professional. The quality/price ratio was excellent. Recommended!

14/06/2025: The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. We tried a bottle of "Il Disperato," which was truly captivating. The service was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that the music selection was too loud, and the volume wasn't adequate for a calm conversation between diners. Anyway, congratulations, we had a great time. Thank you 🙏🏻

01/06/2025: Ho ordinato una costata al sangue e quando mi è arrivata l'odore che emanava era molto cattivo. La carne non aveva un sapore sgradevole in bocca ma non sono riuscito a finire il piatto per la puzza e ripeto puzza che emanava.
