02/01/2025: Very nice atmosphere, nice staff who have been conditioned to praise the products of the owner of Redoro. There is a large selection of wines available, but unfortunately the staff knows very little about it; their own wines are intended to be sold. The small bottle of olive oil that every guest receives as a gift was nice. Unfortunately we decided on the menu with truffles. The main problem was that the truffle used was inferior and ruined every course. The consistency was more reminiscent of nutmeg (see photo) than of the noble mushroom. We reported this to the waiter immediately after the first course, but there was no reaction. The risotto was not al dente but hard. The tagliata was the best part of the meal. I think you should eat meat in this restaurant and certainly not truffles.

22/12/2024: Formal location, exposed brick ceilings, professional and unobtrusive staff. Good food, cooked well. The menu does not contain allergen specifications. I found the portions small compared to the cost, even for me as I'm not a big eater.

24/01/2025: We were here during the holidays and everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms, quiet place, excellent food and very nice staff! The accommodation is very dog ​​friendly. :) Highly recommended!

10/01/2025: Inn of hospitality and kindness. My boyfriend and I spent a few days during the Christmas holidays in this inn and we felt at home. Very nice rooms, spacious and clean, finished in every detail. Breakfast with excellent homemade desserts. A la carte restaurant with simple and delicious dishes. A heartfelt thank you to Teresa and to all the girls who put and transmit love and professionalism in their work. We had a magnificent stay, breathed a family atmosphere and found some exquisite people. If we were to end up in those parts again, we will definitely be back!! We are waiting for Teresa on the Island of Elba.

03/01/2025: Excellent service and attention to guests. Already returned and will return again

01/01/2025: Beautiful hotel all the rest of the year (already stayed a summer weekend) except for New Year's Eve. We had booked a room for the night of December 31st plus dinner well in advance to spend the New Year in peace. We were not notified of any parties. What we found instead was a half room paid 130 euros per night located halfway between the guest floor and the restaurant and kitchen room, without acoustic insulation (according to the receptionist, the room will be renovated in the next few months "because needs it") and as a bathroom under the stairs without a bidet and a shower that leaks water onto the floor. After midnight the dinner turned into a DJ set and kitchen staff shouting excessively, all this under our room. We gave ourselves some time for the party to stop, but at 2am, exhausted, we called reception, who managed to stop the music half an hour later. It's a shame that until 3.30 two people were talking about top systems in the kitchen. Needless to say, we escaped from this place reluctantly, without having breakfast and clearly taken for a ride. The only note of merit is that the receptionist took off the aperitif we had in the evening from our bill, which we would have gladly paid for, unlike the room which, as already said in person, they should not have made available for that night.

16/01/2025: Kindness and attention to the customer reign supreme. The location is very beautiful, the restaurant offers excellent quality cuisine and a well-stocked cellar. The service is impeccable. The 5 stars are well deserved!

13/01/2025: Abbiamo ceduto... incuriositi e sopratutto essendo in zona, siamo andati in un ristorante che ha partecipato a 4 ristoranti. Beh... stavolta devo dire che tutto era perfetto, strabuono e super professionali. Location e cibo veramente ottimi! Se passate di qua fermatevi, ne vale la pena. Bravi!!!
