The first and second courses were delicious, compliments to the kitchen!! 😍 Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view that made everything perfect. 23/02/2026: As soon as you drive up the estate road, you're enveloped in a fairytale atmosphere. A very beautiful property surrounded by greenery and tranquility. I stayed in a room in the main building (the one that used to be a residence). The bed was very comfortable, the room had been renovated, but the antique furnishings "aged" it a bit. The cleanliness was excellent, and the view of the park was exceptional. The dinner was truly excellent, prepared by a Michelin-starred chef. In my humble opinion, breakfast could be improved (perhaps by adding more local products). The spa area was very nice.

08/02/2026: A wonderful surprise in the hills of the Val d'Illasi. Excellent cuisine here, the food is as it once was—kudos to owner Achille. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
