Impeccable yet informal and genuine service, a coherent and well-crafted menu, great attention to allergies and intolerances (I reported my gluten sensitivity, and they brought me gluten-free bread and entree, plus a dessert option), and a good wine list. The place is clean and well-kept, with a beautiful table setting... The location may not be particularly scenic, but it gets top marks! Prices are absolutely in line and fair. Well done!

17/02/2026: A refined location, a blend of rustic and elegant. I'll start by saying that I chose this osteria because it's well-known by people I know. I love grilled meat, so I decided to go with this place. I honestly expected better quality meat. I ordered a Florentine steak (1.2 kg), which was still well-cooked and tasty, but compared to other Florentine steaks I've had, this one was slightly inferior and had too much fat, in my opinion. Overall, the quality of the other products was excellent: side dishes, desserts. As for the service, I found it to be adequate; there were a few oversights, but nothing major. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

On the phone, when the reservation was made and it was mentioned that there was a vegan person, the response was that people like that would be better off staying home because they are carnivores. I find it tasteless and inappropriate! We're in 2026, not 1518. Furthermore, we had asked for a second course to be brought with the first courses, but this was rudely answered, and we had to ask repeatedly. Negative personal experience!

19/02/2026: I simply ordered a €16 salad and it had tiny insects in it, so I notified the waitress, who said she'd report it to the kitchen. When I paid, I didn't want to say anything so as not to cause drama, but it seems pretty absurd to pay that much for flies.

18/02/2026: Excellent location, service could be improved. The coupon placed on the table to pay didn't match our table. We ordered lunch and the dishes didn't arrive together (it's a case of one person eating and the other looking). The pizza definitely needs improvement.
