It's located right on the lake and offers a fantastic view.
The brioche with pistachio cream is highly recommended. The Aperol is also very tasty. The value for money is very good.
02/10/2025: We went there several times during our vacation. Very friendly service. We also got snacks along with our drinks. 😊 Great view of Lake Garda. ⛰️⛵️ Prices are also really fair. An Aperol, for example, only cost €5.

01/03/2026: They opened today after the winter break, and we went right away. As always, the food was excellent, the freshest fish, and the service was perfect. We've already booked for Easter. Whenever we come to Lake Garda, we can't miss lunch or dinner at this restaurant.
Seeing is believing.

Gluten-free options are also available (including the pasta). Amazing! Highly recommended!
26/01/2026: We stopped on the morning of January 1st... excellent welcome, fish dishes beyond our expectations. We will definitely return both for the quality of the products but certainly for the friendliness and sense of welcome that the owner and all the staff make you feel.

15/09/2025: We highly recommend this German-speaking, family-run hotel and its restaurant. Great food.
We'd give it another star if we could ;) Parking right next to the hotel, rooftop terrace, bike storage, air-conditioned rooms, and new bathrooms...
Great location between the larger towns, quiet, and just a short walk across the street to reach the water. Smaller coves invite you to sunbathe or simply relax. Definitely recommend it 👍We'll be back

28/09/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit. There was a bird tied to a wooden pole in the restaurant – an absolute no-go for me. Animals shouldn't have to suffer for entertainment or decoration. It completely ruined my appetite. It's a shame that living creatures are treated like this here.

17/02/2026: The food is good, the service is very good (we were a group of 9 people and there was a mix-up with one of the orders, but nothing serious). The restaurant is comfortable with clean restrooms. But what really delights is the atmosphere and the view. This makes the experience of eating good food and drinking wine by the lake much more interesting. It's well worth it.

Beautiful pool area. All rooms have a lake view. Everything is very clean.
Large, delicious breakfast buffet.
Small but lovely spa.
Very friendly and attentive staff.
The menu in the bistro could be a bit more extensive.

01/01/2026: Last night was our first time there, and we found a welcoming atmosphere, run by young people (beautiful to look at), with prompt and attentive service. We ate well and had a great time. So, many compliments and thanks.
07/12/2025: The place is more popular in summer than winter. Dinner is available, but the menu is fairly limited.
80s, 90s, and 00s music evenings are very fun.
The staff is young and friendly.

07/03/2026: I come to the Edelweiss restaurant and bar very often. The location is fantastic, at the foot of the cable car and the starting point of numerous hiking trails. Unfortunately, today we came here to the bar after checking the opening hours online (and it says the bar is open Sunday to Monday), but we found everything closed!!!! We're very angry because it's a beautiful sunny day and not a single bar is open for tourists!!! What a shame!!!! I hope this doesn't happen again! Get organized, but you can't keep everything closed!!!
29/09/2025: You can enjoy typical dishes from the Monte Baldo area. The San Michel platter, served during the livestock fair on September 29th each year, is excellent.
Excellent prices and generous portions.

23/08/2025: We've been in Brenzone for a week and have eaten at various restaurants.
We usually eat out quite often, but today I had my epiphany at "Ristorante Al Vapor"!
We had an aperitif, followed by spaghetti imperial – spaghetti with truffles, followed by a pear marinated in red wine and a grappa.
You know when you're almost done, and you eat it all out of politeness? Even if it was really good? Today was way better! I've never eaten such an aromatic truffle, never had such a complete experience!
I'm simply thrilled, and instead of feeling stuffed, I feel happy afterward!

29/08/2025: The food is quite good, and the prices aren't exactly cheap. The service, I'd say, is so-so. They brought me the wrong drinks every time, and I noticed that the waiter was pouring drinks for everyone at the tables except me. It's clear that despite the generous tip and my courtesy, he didn't like me. But these are small touches that would be appreciated. The menu isn't very varied. The spectacular location is right next to the lake, and the sunsets are incredible.

22/06/2025: We were there two evenings. Evening one: our drinks were brought incorrectly, and we had to pay for the wrong drinks we hadn't ordered. The food was okay that day, but not recommended.
Day two: The drinks were brought correctly that day. The food was inedible. The pasta with truffle sauce was hard and only used oil to find the truffles. The pizza wasn't pizza at all, but a pile of mush that tasted inedible. The service also needs improvement. I can't recommend it to anyone.
13/04/2025: We were there on Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The pizzeria was closed even though it said it was open. Questionable and disappointing.
