It's still ok to eat, but previously at the old CHEF, the food was much tastier and of a higher quality. It's a shame, I'll have to look for alternatives in the future...

Lately the quality and refinement of the dishes has been increasing, congratulations to the chefs!!! Yesterday I had the dumplings with gorgonzola and speck: incredible, delicious. For dessert we took castagnaccio, for those who love chestnuts it is the perfect dessert, delicate and soft.

05/11/2024: Position The hotel, the pool area and especially the location are a dream. The staff was super friendly and we lacked almost nothing. On the beach promenade you can ideally walk for kilometers directly on the lake in both directions - the local communities have implemented this really well Room We had the Junior Suite Italian Prestige, beautiful view directly of the lake, enough space. The bathroom needed a few practical improvements, such as more hanging options for small towels and the partition of the bathtub was a bit impractical and not completely tight. On the other hand, I find the bidet to be extremely practical. Unfortunately, we have to say that the bed is not suitable for couples. There were 2 mattresses that slipped apart in the middle after a very short time. After we complained, a fitted sheet was pulled over it, but this didn't help in any way. You can come up with other ideas ;-) SPA What surprised and also bothered us is that you have to reserve a visit to the SPA and there is a time limit. For me, the hotel therefore loses its wellness character. The cold pool in the sauna was warm, which we are not used to. Outdoor pool Whereas the outside area of ​​the pool area is again a dream. The only thing that was too cool for me was the heated salt water pool in autumn at just under 27°. Garden area We traveled with a dog. The hotel offers almost everything you could wish for. Ideally, the dog is also allowed to go to the beach, to the loungers, it's a dream, so you can relax. Breakfast The breakfast was more than sufficient. Everything was there and every wish was fulfilled. Hmm only, we had to sit with our dog on the outside terrace, which is a bit cool in autumn. I sat there with a light jacket and blanket and I was still cold. Unfortunately that wasn't so good. restaurant We wanted to visit the restaurant once in the evening, but we hadn't made a reservation beforehand. Means - no access without reservation. We then went to one of the surrounding restaurants every evening. Unfortunately we couldn't test the kitchen. Overall, we can highly recommend the hotel. Individual little things can certainly be improved and it would be great if you knew that the SPA area is only accessible to a limited extent.

07/08/2024: Jetzt zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und sehr sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient worden! Das Essen war beide Mal top! Vom Bruschetta über Pasta oder Pizza sowie Tiramisu alles bestens. Getränke alle eisgekühlt und gut. Waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal. Vielen Dank.

17/08/2024: Excellent food, there was a small "mixup" with the seating, a misunderstanding but it was immediately resolved in an excellent manner. Beautiful location definitely recommended.

16/08/2024: In theory, an extremely great restaurant. Service ok - but has potential. Salad really needs improvement. You can also cut radishes into small pieces instead of making whole pieces. Completely dry - thanks to balsamic and olive oil there is some “moisture” in the salad. Bread in a bakery bag is also not the way to serve bread in such a location. A bread basket would make a massively better feeling. It's the little things that can quickly satisfy undemanding guests. Wine is great! Toilets, on the other hand, are incredibly bad. Rarely experienced such a disgusting toilet option. Please do something here!

10/07/2024: We had a nice meal. Service was good and food came out so quickly. It was all lovely and fresh. Pizza and salads were good. Meat and fish were excellent. They had a singer which was a nice touch.

23/09/2024: Das Lokal wurde uns in unserem Hotel empfohlen. Es war für uns zunächst schwer zu finden, dann wurden wir aber belohnt. Wir saßen draußen an einem schönen urigen Platz, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr gut und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

01/09/2024: Mitten im Zentrum von Castelletto oberhalb der Gardesana findet man diese noch ursprüngliche Trattoria, die aber natürlich auch von den Touristenmassen gestürmt wird. Trotzdem hat sie sich einen tollen Piazza-Flair bewahrt, der selten geworden ist. Das Essen ist Trattoria-typisch ohne Pizza, dafür mit tollen Pasta und einer wirklich sehr guten Tagliata. Die war auf den Punkt gebraten und äußerst schmackhaft. Gerne wieder!

12/08/2024: En moyenne je mets un 5/5 par an et cette année ce sera pour cet établissement. L'accueil, le cadre, l'ambiance, tout est parfait. Le personnel est aux petits soins et chose rare nous donne de nombreuses explications en français. Nous choisissons antipastis crevettes mayo ananas mariné au curcuma, loup de mer, parfaitement cuisiné, et légumes, tomate, fenouil, poivron, courgette excellent et dessert citron entier en 3 façons avec basilic et mousse coco crème de mangue-ananas mariné. Bière blanche au citron, une véritable découverte et verres de vin blanc + 2 café. Evidemment le prix de ce repas, le meilleur de nos vacances, est nettement supérieur aux autres mais il est vraiment justifié. Bravo.

27/07/2024: Quando tutto è perfetto... Non è solo un ristorante, è un posto magico. La cucina è strepitosa, l'ambiente una favola, ma a rendere l'esperienza unica è la cortesia e competenza del personale. Complimenti...
