I only know the restaurant, where I have stopped several times. I have always eaten very well and found a lot of friendliness. I will definitely be happy to return

I only review the catering. Very very nice place, not large in size but with a truly relaxing and pleasant style. There will be around fifty seats. Both the first courses and the pizzas were really excellent. Quick and very kind service. The location of the room is on average comfortable, the parking is a little inconvenient and is located precisely under the courtyard which is located on the first floor. We are really just a few meters from the lake even if the view from inside the room is a little limited. The room and facilities are very clean and well kept. Really excellent value for money, not expensive.

I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which is open to all customers. Excellent pizza. The best in this area.

Clear hotel and restaurant recommendation. Rooms simple but very clean, small balcony, only the main street, which is a bit noisy, is right in front of it, but we knew that. Breakfast exceeds expectations, homemade bread and pastries, ham and cheese and even eggs are available. Dinner in the restaurant is also highly recommended and freshly prepared. But the best thing is the friendliness and warmth of the host family.

Although check-in was at 1:00 p.m., we were allowed to occupy our rooms earlier to rest. We didn't expect that! The breakfast is absolutely delicious and very diverse - eggs cooked in different ways, ham, brie, muesli, yogurts, fresh fruits and vegetables and much more. The homemade cakes were exceptional. Every day we could enjoy a different assortment. The friendliness of the staff is extraordinary and we felt at home. Room 16 has a beautiful view, the shower cabin is very spacious, as is the bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location of the hotel is excellent, just a few steps from the bus and the beach. Also, the room I received is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the prices are affordable. P.S. The bus schedule is not always respected, expect surprises.

We were here for dinner and enjoyed nice and very attentive service. My gluten-free pizza was also very tasty and crispy. Very nice atmosphere, but right on the thoroughfare. But we didn't find it bothersome at all. Highly recommended, would love to come back!

Great place, luxurious breakfast 👌 and restaurant. It is a family business, they value every guest, nothing is a problem, they try to please in everything. I warmly recommend.

Il locale molto carino e soprattutto fuori da Gardaland, il personale di sala veramente gentile, le pizze decisamente sottili e gli ingredienti non sembravano particolarmente di qualità, ad esempio la stracciatella sulla pizza era liquida, nessun straccetto di stracciatella...

I had a lovely experience at Hotel Sorriso - thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is family-owned and I was made to feel very welcome and looked-after from my arrival to my departure. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - all food was home-made, fantastic quality, really flavourful and served with a smile. Fantastic location right by the lake and close to a couple of kite schools - overall a great hotel for the price.
