08/03/2026: Bad experience; in our opinion, the food was mostly frozen or otherwise of poor quality (for example, the meatballs, the quality of the meat was very low; the photo also showed the polenta, which never arrived because it was "out of stock"—that's okay, but please let me know in advance).
Extremely slow service; the staff was young (which is fine) but very apathetic. At the table, they never asked whose plate it was, but they just put it on the table randomly.
The chef (or at least it seemed like him) was poorly cared for and truly looked half dead.
Once we left the restaurant, we heard screams inside.
I'm very disappointed because the food used to be much, much better.
08/03/2026: I went today, March 8th, and it was an unpleasant experience for me. They brought me the first course after they brought the second course, and the last main courses were cold. Plus, we were with a little girl and ordered the children's menu, and they didn't bring the food early until we requested it. For me, I can say that it was a total black market.

The girls are super welcoming and always smiling, making you feel at home! Alessia and Niki are a wonderful combination of kindness, sweetness, and professionalism! Highly recommended as a stop for a coffee, a spritz, or even better, for a brunch that's hard to find anywhere else! Excellent prices, the perfect balance between quality and portions! Top!
01/10/2025: Always a quiet and peaceful place. I finally found something near my neighborhood where I can have a proper brunch. The price is super reasonable and fair for the quantity and quality of the food. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always attentive to my requests. (I have a fruit allergy, and she left some out.)
Well deserved.

07/09/2025: Today, I went for some frozen yogurt. Always good, no complaints there, but the lady serving us seemed to have forgotten we'd paid quite a bit. The tub was half empty and everything was falling apart, not to mention the almost invisible filling, definitely not made with love. The highlight? I sit on the bench in the back and from the window I see this (attached photo). I remember posting this ad on September 7, 2025. AT LEAST FORWARD IT.

14/01/2026: Cream is present in most dishes, the problem is that its presence isn't indicated on the signs displayed when ordering.
The fruit was tasteless; I assume it was originally frozen.
15/12/2025: The food is quite good. Rather than KFC or American-style fast food, Rana is definitely better.

07/02/2026: Recently reopened, opening tomorrow, February 7th. Had dinner with friends. Excellent quality meat, excellent appetizers, and the tagliatelle with duck ragù were exceptional. Delicious tagliatelle. The restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and has modern decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of bottled wines, and the dessert selection could be expanded. Impeccable and fast service, but I'll revise my rating in a few months as it wasn't very busy. Excellent price for the amount consumed.
