09/11/2025: Beautifully located, very welcoming atmosphere, and a veranda overlooking the mill: lovely to drink with the sound of water in the background. Very friendly staff. I recommend the non-alcoholic fruit spritz.
07/11/2025: We came on a Saturday night; the other places were packed, but I Molini was empty. This worried us at first, but everything turned out fine, from the prices to the drinks.

10/12/2025: Terrible experience with a Christmas Eve reservation after having agreed to a reservation. We wanted to call back to confirm our arrival time and found ourselves without a reservation.
Mistake? We can safely say that the reserved table went to someone else.

19/12/2025: I visited this restaurant for a company dinner. The exterior can be deceiving, as the structure resembles a prefabricated veranda, but the interior is surprisingly pleasant: the room is spacious, well-designed, and accessible to people with disabilities. The exposed wood-fired oven near the kitchen is very beautiful.
The Service: Despite the large number of diners, the table was well-set. Service was a bit slow, but the wait between ordering and the food was adequate.
The Cuisine: The menu is clear and detailed. I tried the tagliolini with lobster (a generous portion for three people): while it was a pleasant dish, I had serious doubts about the freshness of the crustacean due to an ammonia-like aftertaste, typical of older fish. The desserts, however, were very good, and the drinks were always served chilled.
In summary: An overall decent experience, but I would suggest that the owners pay more attention to the selection of fish or adjust the prices to the actual quality of the raw materials.

23/12/2025: We went for an aperitivo, and even without ordering anything to eat, they brought us chips (a small portion each) and taralli: something "banal" but it surprised me. They seated us on the outdoor patio, which was closed and heated anyway, so we had a great time. I'll definitely be back for dinner too, given the attention to detail, which really impressed me! 🍸

16/06/2025: I believe the management has changed because the photos posted don't represent the current menu. The food is all excellent quality; the bread is homemade with sourdough and is delicious. The beers are excellent and very unique. The wines are excellent. The hand-chopped tartare, the homemade roast beef, and the creamed cod are definitely worth trying. I highly recommend this cicchetteria!

25/11/2025: They make excellent pizzas here; every time I stop by, I always order something new. The place has details that enhance the ambiance. Highly recommended for the service, too. The quality of the ingredients is good, and you can also order Neapolitan-style pizza. Speaking of cooking, the crust is important to me, and here it's cooked perfectly. Today I tried the empire pizza with mozzarella, artichoke bottoms, Colonnata lard, baked potatoes, and pecorino romano cheese—it was delicious!

04/05/2025: Mi aspettavo molto di più sopra tutto vedendo i prezzi. Gelato cremoso ma deludente nel gusto, anonimo e senza personalità. Non dubito sugli ingredienti ma se manca il gusto. Provato torrone, malaga, cioccolato bianco, biscotto tutto anonimo. Costi troppo alti per il prodotto, si trova di meglio a meno.
22/04/2025: grade delusione - posto anche bello in villa, ma quando ho visto il mio cono due palline da 4,40€ !! più piccolo di una pallina in un gelateria normale mi ha gia messo in brutta predisposizione , poi peggiorata ulteriormente dai gusti - torroncino loro specialità deludente . non sapeva da nulla , in piu il gelato si percepiva una componente di acqua troppo invadente , per fortuna ho preso cioccolata fondente , pensavo , ancora peggio . sembrava un nocciola come colore e sapore debole - finiamo in bellezza con la cialda del cono che si rompeva . .. tutto sbagliato - mancava che piovesse e facevo 100 - non vedranno piu miei soldi - evitate se potete
