16/08/2025: I wasn't entirely satisfied with what I ate, and neither were my fellow diners. We found the crostini made with slices of bread that were too thick, not very fresh, and the dishes lacked the "vibrancy" that they had under the old management. Plus, the portions were small due to the price.

16/08/2025: A typical tavern where we often went with friends, but under new management, we'll never do it again! The cicchetti were made with stale bread, the tagliata was simply ridiculous. The meat was good but the portion was paltry, served on a bed of two-day-old arugula, and the tuna tartare was served at room temperature... (perhaps it should be kept in the refrigerator!) And on top of that, dishes that were the place's forte have been eliminated from the menu. New management, probably a new chef, and definitely new prices... The spirit of the place has been distorted... it was an excellent cicchetti tavern...

30/08/2025: Passing through Portopalo, we stopped at the Mare di Vino restaurant. We had a divine meal: a generous appetizer (about 10 dishes), the most delicious octopus on chickpea cream, two starters, spaghetti with squid ink, and busiate pasta with almond pesto and lots of fish, followed by a delicious fried fish dish. The staff were friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay. I recommend it without hesitation.

06/07/2025: The food is good and the staff is professional and prepared. But the dark side is the owner, no one knows why but he prepared a table for 2 but we had booked for 3. When I asked to pay the bill he told me to wait while he was setting up the tables 🤔.

12/04/2025: ⸻ Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il cibo è ottimo, si sente la qualità e la cura in ogni piatto. Anche se il menù è incentrato sul pesce, hanno subito trovato una soluzione per il mio compagno che non lo mangia, e non una cosa arrangiata, ma un’alternativa valida e gustosa. L’ambiente è accogliente, caldo, ci si sta proprio bene. Abbiamo chiuso con due dolci fatti in casa: buonissimi entrambi, semplici ma davvero ben fatti. Una bella scoperta, ci torneremo di sicuro.

02/08/2025: Beautiful venue!! Lots of people following a music event with DJ Sansone. Well-organized venue, short wait, and praise to the waitress Noemi, fast, friendly, and cheerful.

31/08/2025: Delicious pizzas at reasonable prices. Spacious dining room and pleasant terrace. I didn't like that they charged €2 per person, just to sit down.

27/08/2025: Very nice, close to the Brenta River. The only drawback: it's expensive.

21/07/2025: Celebrated my daughter's graduation with friends. Excellent service, professional, friendly, and very helpful staff, great prices. We'll be back. I recommend it for a lovely evening.

16/06/2025: I think the management has changed because the published photos do not represent the current menu. The food is all of excellent quality, the bread is homemade with sourdough and is delicious, the beers are excellent and very particular, the wines are excellent, you absolutely have to try the knife-cut tartare, the homemade roast beef, and the creamed cod. I highly recommend trying this cicchetteria!

15/06/2025: Posto inaffidabile, ho chiesto un bicchiere analcolico (non potendo bere alcolici per motivi di salute). Mi hanno servita un bicchiere alcolico e una persona non conoscendo il gusto dell'alcol beve con sicurezza fidandosi di quello che è stato servito. Il ragazzo che mi ha servita si è dimostrato dispiaciuto e amareggiato nonostante sia stato un errore da parte sua siccome si è confuso con i due drink che c'erano nello scontrino. Ho trovato molto irrispettoso e infantile il modo in cui una cameriera ha trovato divertente l'accaduto ridendo e sottointendendo che non ci fosse nulla di grave (irene). Per il resto dello staff non c'è niente da dire, hanno riconosciuto il proprio errore e si sono saputi comportare davanti ad un errore che può succedere. Trovo inammissibile prendere in giro un cliente nell'ambito in cui essa è quando avrebbe dovuto stare zitta e continuare a lavorare non intromettendosi.
