Really tasty, inviting and expertly prepared risotto. A guarantee as always and tradition is at home. Dinner with my partner who enjoyed every single moment.

The quality of the products and their preparation was impeccable: being able to bring out the different flavors in this way and combine them in a harmonious way is not for everyone✨ We were so taken by the experience that we didn't take photos of the dishes, but certainly the location - I can leave a shot of this - and the preparation (as well as the friendliness) of the staff were a plus! I ate a cacio e pepe with passion fruit, good but the passion fruit at the end is too strong and unfortunately covers everything!!! The Albalonga truffle is excellent!! And the portions are generous!! The wine list does not offer many choices, with an eye on Trentino... it would be appropriate to also include some Tuscan and Piedmontese wines.
