17/11/2024: Pizza restaurant which turned out to be an excellent choice!!! My flan with Morlacco was exquisite, as were the duck breast and grilled radicchio that followed it. Even the pizza ordered by those with me stood out for the abundance of seasonings and the quality of the products used. I definitely recommend trying the homemade desserts, really amazing!!! A note of merit also to the waitress who served us: kind, prepared and very nice!

09/09/2024: Di passaggio a Castelfranco veneto, cercavamo un ristorante in cui assaggiare piatti della tradizione veneta. Ci siamo lasciati attirare dal nome del locale ed e' stata una vera fortuna!! Il Sig. Moreno ( si chiama come nostro figlio!) e' stato accogliente, esaustivo nella descrizione dei piatti e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti. Sevizio buonissimo , piatti eccellenti! Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti!!

01/08/2024: Avercene di osterie così ben gestite. Si mangia bene in un luogo pulito ed accogliente, serviti da un cameriere gentile e premuroso. Una parola va spesa per la carta dei vini: a parte alcune ovvietà turistiche ma necessarie, impressiona la ricerca per arrivare ad una proposta di vini bio vastissima e a prezzi ragionevoli. Complimenti.

The environment has been well renovated, it was rightly chosen to maintain simple and dated furnishings but with more modern and welcoming parts. Courteous and professional table service, good peasant pizza, pleasant and fresh amber beer. We finish with desserts: the evergreen tiramisu, fruit meringue or grandma's dessert. A place suitable for all age groups, including families. Large free parking outside the premises. Low and not exaggerated prices... A good place...

Very friendly staff, if you ask to turn down the music because you need a bit of silence, they understand, so you deserve all 5 stars! Let's hope, during the winter season (not even too cold outside) a little warmer inside! However, now that I have finished eating an exquisite and generous plate of pasta with ragù, I also asked that the pasta be well cooked otherwise here, as everywhere else, they would serve it almost raw (I have never eaten such a good ragù😋😋😋 not even in the most renowned Italian restaurants), I don't even feel cold anymore, therefore widely promoted with a nice 10 and praise. High quality raw materials, refinement and simplicity coexist perfectly in every dish served. At midday also on a fixed menu for workers. I can't help but say: WONDERFUL.

22/12/2024: I'm sorry but our experience was not positive. Decent appetizer because the octopus was good but the mashed potatoes and celery where it was placed covered the flavor. As a first course we had spaghetti with sea truffles (I counted three on my plate) which did not have a well-defined taste. For what we ate we paid too much. Ps. When serving wine it is normally a good idea to have it tasted and then serve the ladies first.

17/12/2024: We have been to this restaurant for dinner several times... the food is always excellent and of good quality... the prices are a little high but all in all in line with the proposal. The only big flaw was the service, every request made had to be reminded to the staff at least twice. Probably for the evenings when the restaurant is full more waiters would be needed. Those who are there have to run back and forth and risk forgetting something along the way, one in particular didn't really know how to move so it created more confusion than anything else. It's a shame, the restaurant is truly 5 star, but the service needs to be improved.

26/12/2024: Cozy and clean place. Excellent and fast service. However, the food was not up to our expectations. The 3 of us had polenta with cheese and mushrooms, 2 tagliatelle with mushrooms and baked ricotta, a wild boar steak, 3 Menabrea draft beers, a tiramisu and a coffee cream. The polenta was good as standard. The tagliatelle were decent but the baked ricotta eaten with the pasta and mushrooms didn't add anything to the dish which instead clearly improved after supplementing it with some parmesan brought to the side. The wild boar rib was tough and not cooked to perfection, the side chestnuts were so flaky that they couldn't be picked up with a fork and had no taste and the blueberry jam was a questionable match. In the tiramisu the mascarpone had a predominant flavor and the coffee was not noticeable at all. The Menabrea beers are excellent. All this is obviously a subjective taste but there were three of us who tasted all the dishes and the opinions are signed by everyone. However, everything can be improved. The total price is normal, polenta and tiramisu a little too expensive for the quantity.
