23/07/2026: Beautiful, well-kept atmosphere, especially outside. Equally beautiful inside. The food needs updating; the appetizers and first courses were good, but they could use a little extra polish to make them memorable. Big NO for their signature dish: the grill. All the dishes arrived charred; the ribs were small, burned, and dry, and there was no BBQ sauce. The chicken was black; in some parts, the meat couldn't even be separated from the charred portions because it was so thick! Terrible! Plus, the service was incredibly long! Almost 3 hours to eat 1 first course and 1 second course! The waiters weren't exactly the friendliest; we had to fight for every single bottle of water! And the bill was also quite steep! I'll never go back.

Courteous staff Fast service (I recommend arriving early because it gets crowded after 8:00 PM) Tasty and generous dishes Fair prices (drinks are perhaps a little expensive...) I recommend this restaurant.

07/05/2026: Amazing carbonara! Maybe the quantities weren't exactly right because both my kids and I finished it in 2 seconds, and at home we usually eat 100g of pasta each. The 200g double carbonara was the same as the regular carbonara, but the fact is I ordered another double portion... I could have eaten more after that! Anyway, it was my fault for ordering the wrong amount! Next time, for three people, I'll order 1 kg!

23/08/2025: It wasn't our first time at Trattoria Al Boccolo in Castelfranco Veneto, and as always, the experience was a pleasant one. On our way to Valdobbiadene, we stopped for lunch and were greeted by Fabio, who, with his warmth and friendliness, created a truly family-like atmosphere. The restaurant is intimate and well-kept, with soft background music that accompanies the moment without disturbing. We were welcomed with a delicious entrée, then my daughter enjoyed a flavorful tagliatella with ragù, made with love and attention to detail. My wife and I chose the tagliata di Sorana: thin, tender slices, seasoned simply with Maldon salt and Lake Garda oil, accompanied by baked potatoes and pan-fried carrots, all from their own garden. The Ripasso della Valpolicella recommended by Fabio rounded out a lunch that confirms this trattoria as an unmissable stop.

10/08/2026: Returning after a few months, I once again enjoyed delicious pizza, made with top-quality ingredients and quick, attentive service. You're always greeted with a smile and kindness. I'd also like to mention the kitchen staff, who, despite the high temperatures, offer impeccable service. Highly recommended

01/08/2026: I arrived at 6 or 7 PM, ordered at 8, and it's 9:41 AM and the pizzas still haven't arrived. They even put us outside, and they'll charge us a cover charge, and I changed into three shirts. (On a positive note, I had fun with the mosquitoes.)

18/08/2026: Simply the best pizzeria in the area!! Fast and friendly, the pizzas are delicious, especially the seasonal ones that change regularly, and the quality ingredients. And last but not least, the dough is super easy to digest!! The food is also worth trying, especially the fish dishes. Compliments to Marco and the entire staff!
