18/12/2024: The place is very clean. The owner is almost obsessive about cleanliness to the point of becoming a bit annoying. In the mountains we are used to greater superficiality regarding hygiene. We had a good and plentiful plate of tagliatelle, excellent grappa. The food is a bit expensive, but it should be considered that the place acts as a refuge all year round without an electricity line, they make do with photovoltaics and a generator. Furthermore, the mountain hut is located in a not very busy area of ​​Grappa, far from the important tourist flows that bring the most income. The only flaw is perhaps the presence of the owner, who inspires a bit of fear and you have to pay attention to what you say and what you do.

04/11/2024: Col giro delle malghe abbiamo trovato malga Archeset..che dire proprietari cafoni,(forse è ora che lascino spazio ai giovani) ha fatto pulire il piatto delle lasagne dal ragù a mio marito che poi non aveva avanzato nulla.. affettato porzione misera. Formaggio fuso una fettina misera 18 euro, manco fosse di oro. Listino prezzi inesistente scontrino pure,tutto in nero e si fa pagare pure caro . Parla pure male di chi vien dalla pianura, peccato perché il paesaggio merita, non ci tornerò mai più.

15/03/2025: A cena con amici, non conoscevo questo locale, anche perché sono pugliese ed è la prima volta che vengo a Treviso. Premetto che sono un cuoco l, ho allevato e cucinato selvaggina e carni di un certo livello. Abbiamo mangiato in modo squisito, faraona, oca ecc... Radicchio e formaggio... tutto squisito. Poi quando abbiamo pagato, la sorpresa, pochissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo sorprendente. Ho fatto quattro chiacchiere con la proprietaria per capire e complimentarmi. Poi apro la pagina di TripAdvisor e trovo alcune recensioni pessime, mi sono innervosito molto. Non si scherza con chi ci mette l'anima nel suo lavoro, prima di scrivere una pessima recensione bisogna mettersi una mano sulla coscienza. In ogni caso, se vi trovate dalle parti di questo ristorante, fermatevi e convincetevi da soli.

16/01/2025: Siamo arrivati x caso io e mia moglie e ci siamo fermati al vedere di una vetrina allestita tipo kasolin di una volta abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi locali e formaggi vari e che dire eccellente da ritornare!!!!!

11/02/2025: We concluded a sort of bacaro tour in the city of Treviso in this place with a historical flavor and very central in Piazza dei Signori. We tasted their flagship which consists of small sandwiches with knife-cut porchetta, ordered a crodino and a Sauvignon over two loaves. The total cost was €14. We sat at a table in front of the restaurant and ate these delicious dishes in peace. The cost seemed correct for the level, quality and location. We highly recommend this place in the living room of the city of Treviso.

19/11/2024: I stayed there for a day, the room I lived in was renovated and in good condition. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on a very busy street, but the rooms are soundproof. The hotel is run by 2 gentlemen who are not necessarily familiar with today's service. The attached restaurant should not be visited under any circumstances, the food was terrible. Over-salted vegetable soup, burnt scampi’s over-salted salad. You try to make an effort, but it's not nearly enough! Breakfast consisted of dry rolls and the usual sweets. Ham and cheese were then served later. A ray of hope what the cappuccino. Overall not recommended. Just sleeping there without breakfast in the morning would be ok. The two owners were very friendly and worked with us themselves. I hope that they get a better handle on the restaurant business, because then I would consider it a good transit hotel

03/11/2024: Some of the staff are very kind, helpful and competent, but the same cannot be said for the owner. There was a mistake on our part in the reservation but we were ready and willing to accept any resolution. Despite our availability, the owner was extremely invasive towards us and towards our personal lives, as well as unfriendly (not to mention racist and anti-southern) in the way he addressed us, mocking and glaring at both of us. I have read other reviews and I note that many people had the same impression, so I am not writing made-up nonsense (unless we have all had a huge mass hallucination towards the owner). Of course, this review will be answered with the classic acid and defensive tone with which all the other negative reviews have been answered, only going to support what I say in the previous lines: an inadequate and unpleasant owner. Just to be clear: it is useless to check my name among the guests because the name I use is a nickname, but despite this I can assure you that I stayed in the Hotel Ristorante Ca' Bianca with address Via del Mutton 88 Istrana. I did not choose the wrong hotel, I checked the name and address several times to be sure not to assign the single star to someone else who deserves it.

31/12/2024: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante la cena di Natale con i parenti. C'era un menù speciale, molto risicato nel numero di portate e super pompato di suo con i prezzi, in cui era obbligatorio prendere almeno un antipasto a testa e un primo o secondo o pizza, quindi almeno 2 portate. Le portate non erano normali, c'era una selezione di: pizze, aventi tutte o quasi la mozzarella di bufala; primi; secondi e antipasti. Era obbligatorio prendere una di queste pietanze. Se si voleva prendere una banale margherita normale senza mozzarella di bufala non era possibile, o meglio di poteva fare, però quando arrivò il conto, ci fu una spiacevole sorpresa. Una margherita 15 euro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avete letto bene 15 EURO. Se si voleva una banale pizza con salsiccia 15 euro di margherita + 2 euro di salsiccia = 17 EURO!!!!!!!!! Per un attimo ho pensato di essere da Briatore, ma purtroppo non era vero. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

23/03/2025: Teniendo en cuenta que no era nuestro plan inicial para comer, puedo decir que salvamos el momento. Ubicado a escasos metros del aeropuerto de Treviso, encontrarás este restaurante, que honestamente me sorprendió para bien, sin entender demasiado las malas críticas de esta plataforma. Personal amable, aunque algo lentos en cocina. Hay opciones saludables en la carta y no les importa adaptarlas a tu gusto. Eso sí, en cuanto a postre, no encontré nada de fruta. Buena higiene del local y decoración de las mesas austera y minimalista. Se nota que han intentado cambiar la estética del lugar para hacer el salón más refinado, aunque les faltaría cambiar las sillas, algo anticuadas. Tomé ensalada Nicosia sin aceitunas y gambas con rúcula. Todo comestible.

26/02/2025: Not to confuse the new and old management, the reviews overlapped. Terrible new management. Lemon tea was told to me by a well-groomed young lady who didn't have it. He showed me a bag of black tea, I replied that all I needed to do was add a slice of lemon. Inside the laboratory (visible through the glass) a lady was typing on the phone. I used the bathroom. No toilet paper, no hand soap, no trash can. A customer reiterated that a bin near the cash register would be needed to throw away receipts. “We will” was the response. I also noticed the deficiencies in the bathroom. "What do you want, I'm alone" was the response of the lady from the laboratory who in the meantime had come to the checkout. ALL staff must be trained, from every point of view.

21/01/2025: Really disappointing pancakes. The cream is not tasty, the pancakes are full of oil and, above all, not fresh. Also, 1 star for service because the waitress made a really inappropriate and unprofessional gesture.

09/02/2025: Fraccaro Caffè è un vero gioiello a Castelfranco Veneto! L'ambiente è moderno, pulito e ben curato, con un ampio parcheggio molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ho provato il cappuccino e la brioche, entrambi deliziosi. La varietà dei piatti stagionali è notevole e il servizio catering sembra essere molto personalizzato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per una pausa rilassante o per organizzare eventi speciali.

30/01/2025: Mangiato bene, personale molto gentile. Unica cosa negativa : pulizia tavoli vicino a chi sta mangiando con lo spray. É molto fastidioso sopratutto per chi é allergico a certe sostanze.

01/11/2024: Exorbitant prices and outside the local averages. Cover charge 2.5 euros with attached bugs. Tripe 13 euros honest but crazy expensive. Four of us paid 81 euros with tripe, wine, 2 side dishes and coffee. We won't be back.
