22/06/2025: At the suggestion of our daughter who has a 'good nose' for gastronomy we allowed ourselves a lunch here after visiting the spectacular.
Montagnana. We took the tasting menu for 27 euros each. Highly recommended.
- entrance with tasting of Veneto ham (a discovery, sweet and fragrant) with a side dish of beans and cataloga cooked and seasoned, side dish: focaccia with Veneto ham still warm.
- Pasta (bigoli) excellent, consistent but not too much.
- dish: Bigoli alla Montagnana excellent with pesto and Veneto ham.
Water, wine and coffee.
Good service and done with courtesy and friendliness.
Nice shop-style environment.
Worth trying.

04/09/2025: The food was very average. We had several pizzas, and each one was average. In fact, it was the worst during our six days in Italy. The place only attracts people because of its appearance.

15/07/2025: Servizio eccellente, sembra uno stellato! La chef prepara meravigliosi piatti anche senza glutine per me che sono celiaca.
Trovo di tutto, dagli antipasti ai primi, secondi e dolci. Non esco mai insoddisfatta, veramente consigliato. Prezzi adeguati.

18/06/2025: We had a beer that then necessarily resulted in 2 plates of splendid cured meats, raw ham and lard number one! The service is vitalized and managed with mastery by Michele who combines professionalism and magnetic sympathy! Well done, we would have liked to have had time to try the restaurant but since we are passing through we have to wait for the next visit to Montagna. Well done! Thanks Michele!

17/08/2025: Cozy, typically Italian café. Very good, creamy cappuccino (€1.70). Good pastries. Comfortable chairs. Beautiful view of the main square. Cozy atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Here you can linger in peace and enjoy the Italian flair. (August 2025)

07/04/2025: The quality of the food is truly at excellent levels with surprisingly honest prices.
We took cheeses and cold cuts, all of excellent quality.
The service at the counter was impeccable with very competent, helpful and friendly staff.
Even at the checkout the clerk is very kind.
We will definitely be back soon even if we are from Pavia... because it's worth it. Highly recommended,

La Loggia dei Cereali

27/08/2025: Beautiful setting, but it's a shame the metal tables and chairs outside are a monument to instability and discomfort.
I tried the legume salad with primo sale cheese and grilled apricots, which I had high hopes for. A disappointment.
The dish was completely disjointed, compounded by the burnt taste of the apricots forgotten in one spot on the grill. A shame. It's not even worth a quarter of its price.
Bigoli cacio e pepe, good. But can't you really offer a typical Venetian sauce on top of that? Who knows.
Tagliata cotto bleu, okay, but it's really cold. Ordinary potatoes.
A glass of Valpolicella di ripasso (I have serious doubts) arrived with condensation. Ice cold. I wanted to cry.
The waitresses weren't rude, but there was clearly a certain urgency in slamming the plates in front of you and rushing to the other tables. And to think there weren't a lot of people. A few groups, but far from full. For €51, I'd say it's a place I wouldn't recommend. I won't be returning.
