Abbiamo ordinato - un antipasto al gatto nero (con capesante, canestrelli, sarde in saor, neonata, baccalà mantecato) - una frittura di mazzancolle e calamari spillo - le seppie al nero - biscotti bussolai - una bottiglia di vino Totale 222€ La menzione d’onore va al fatto che, dal momento che ci hanno servito una frittura sbagliata (calamari normali anziché spillo), hanno servito una seconda frittura non addebitandocela.

09/08/2025: I wanted to take the family out for breakfast... it was raining, so we sat outside under the gazebo at the entrance. At one point, two ladies started smoking when there was a sign saying "no smoking." They stank, so I asked the lady behind the counter, "Excuse me, can you smoke outside?" She said no, but I'll pass you the ashtray. Smoking isn't allowed indoors. Next time, I'll call the police.

22/07/2025: At three in the afternoon, after wandering around a lot, we stumbled upon this bar, where we had some pesto pasta, just in case. Thank you so much for serving us; it was delicious!

25/10/2025: Seafood salad, calamari, and smelly cuttlefish. The waitress asks me why I'm not eating, takes the dish away, and the owner's son comes to the table shortly thereafter, explaining that it was cooked the day before. I'm the daughter of fishermen and granddaughter of historic restaurateurs in my area. I've never had a customer be told, "No one complained," and the person in front of me was dismissed as incompetent. Born and raised around fish, I eat it almost every day... he could have politely justified its preservation rather than calling me stupid, not knowing I live on fish every day. Let me start by saying, I didn't complain about the dish; I simply didn't eat. The father is a worthy man, but he leaves his empire to those who don't know how to treat customers. I'm sorry, but there was no need to attack a disgruntled person who made trivial remarks. The customer is always right; you shouldn't attack him even if you're not right.

27/09/2025: After a long day in Treviso, having come from Padua specifically and already tired, we decided to stop at Osteria Al Bronser. The website didn't mention any information about dogs being prohibited. When we arrived, we politely asked if we could bring a three-month-old Pinscher puppy. Unfortunately, the response was rather rude: "No, you could have left him at home." We found this attitude disrespectful and not in keeping with the welcome expected from a restaurant of this caliber. A different tone and, above all, clear information on the website would have been enough to avoid unpleasant surprises. I highly recommend the Ponte Ottavi restaurant, which is very nice and has very kind and professional staff.

14/09/2025: I was amazed. In a good way. Wonderful welcome, from the service to the owners. Impeccable quality of the ingredients. I don't understand, or rather, I don't comprehend the negative reviews. I can understand that there are people accustomed to all-you-can-eat restaurants in shopping malls. They want to act like Michelin critics when at best they could be Bridgeston or Pirelli. We ate wonderful meat and impeccable quality gnocchi. The bill? Absolutely in line with market prices. If we're used to ayce, then that's a different story. Top wines, top meat. Highly recommended. You won't regret it. P.S. If you're vegan, no problem, they're very well equipped; just let them know in advance.

12/07/2025: Bel posto e bella gente! Gentili, tutto ottimo e abbondante. La terrazza è stata un ottimo compromesso per scappare dalla pioggia senza perdersi una cena all aria aperta.

Antonia è stata attenta ad ogni dettaglio, ci ha accolto fin da subito con squisita disponibilità, facendoci sentire a casa. Con gentilezza e professionalità, mettendoci cuore e impegno, ci ha attivamente guidato con cura per la piena riuscita della nostra festa. Abbiamo avuto da tutti i partecipanti riscontri positivi sulla qualità dei piatti, sull'ottimo allestimento della location e sul servizio ricevuto ai tavoli.Consigliamo La Gassa a pieni voti! ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
