08/02/2025: Cucina ottima. Piatti veramente buoni. Gli affettati tipici, sono la fine del mondo. L’unica pecca è la disorganizzazione tra i camerieri. Ti portano prima il cibo delle bevande, tra cui la birra che abbiamo dovuto chiederla due volte prima che arrivasse.

01/02/2025: Top staff. Room from the Roman era. Parking ok. Extraordinary location, a little difficult to find (next to the church but you should know that). Extraordinary restaurant. Fair price. We will come back.

26/01/2025: Small but very nice and clean hotel. The welcoming room and the very elegant restaurant. Everything perfect except the management. After reporting a cat allergy, I found him in front of my room. At the restaurant a little dog was wandering among the tables... I respect animals, everyone chooses to have an animal or not but you cannot, in a public place, leave it between the tables, especially if you are told that it is not welcome. Nothing to say about the quality of the food, but little choice and everything too expensive. But the worst thing is the "sentences" of the restaurateur. It's a shame because it was a really nice place.

05/01/2025: 5 of us went to this restaurant with good expectations, given the reviews and images. Once we arrived, however, we found ourselves directly inside an episode of Nightmare Kitchens. It was clear from the start that we had arrived on the wrong evening, probably due to a lack of staff, but this does not justify the treatment we were given: late service, some of the food clearly pre-heated, cold cuts left over from New Year's Eve and meat cooked the exact opposite way we requested. I am usually understanding with difficult situations, so it would have been enough for the staff to explain the situation and apologise, but at the time of payment we were not even asked how we had found ourselves, at least to have a comparison with what I think were the owners. Although I hoped it was an off night, I strongly advise against this restaurant

05/01/2025: 5 of us went to this restaurant last night, given the excellent premises of those who reviewed the place. Unfortunately, however, the evening was totally disastrous, from the first to the last moment. We ordered a sharing starter, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and fillets. Instead of the requested appetizer (mocetta with lard and chestnuts) we were brought a platter full of cured meats, one worse than the other and with the feeling that they were leftovers from New Year's Eve dinner. The funny thing (so to speak) is that the wait for the cutting board was considerable and the waiter, to justify himself, used the fact that everything served "is freshly prepared" as an excuse. Definitely embarrassing. To follow, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms had the same flavor and consistency as those bought from the supermarket, the pasta was overcooked and the porcini mushrooms were totally tasteless. The evening was definitely taking an unpleasant turn, but the worst was yet to come... In the general silence of the room, decidedly heated tones could be heard coming from the kitchen, with people discussing animatedly. "Unfortunately" a few minutes later our fillets arrived, all decidedly overcooked despite having been requested rare and what's more one was with porcini mushrooms and not with green pepper as desired. Having noticed the mistake, the waiter sent the order back to the kitchen but it would really have been better to avoid it given the results.... The fillet (of which I attach the photo) was inedible, with raw meat in several places. I would add that both wines ordered were brought to the table already opened... unspeakable service.
