11/01/2026: Fantastic place, excellent food! Excellent first and second courses, but especially the meats. The venison was sublime, then the bison...reindeer... We ordered a second course. Even though the portions were already generous, it was worth it. Chef Gianni (take a moment to say hello) is truly amazing! Must try.
09/01/2026: We went for lunch on December 30th, without a reservation. It's our second time here and we're always happy. The ground-floor dining room is very nice. The food was good quality and excellent value, especially considering the area. The food was good, especially considering the presentation. The free meatball tasting before lunch and the mandarin parfait were appreciated. We tried the mocceta and tartare appetizers (excellent). The gnocchetti, ravioli, and taglierini were all very good. The wine was also good.
Compliments, recommended, we'll be back.

23/10/2025: They also run a vacation rental. In my case, they canceled the reservation after a few months (probably because they preferred to rent it out to someone else...) and with ridiculous alternatives. Be careful!

07/03/2026: We came to this part of the Aosta Valley to visit Aymavilles Castle, one of the few we hadn't seen in the Aosta Valley.
We stopped at this restaurant/pizzeria for lunch and to enjoy the beautiful view.
Being a weekday, the menu was obviously limited. We ordered two pizzas (which were good), and the wait staff was welcoming, fast, and friendly.
The price was more than reasonable. The hotel has parking and an outdoor dining area, which we'll try out this summer when we return.
