15/07/2026: Wonderful place! Excellent welcome, very attentive instructors explaining how to handle the raft, well-maintained equipment, and they know how to entertain even the little ones! There's a great relaxation area where you can unwind after a nice ride on the river. We'll definitely be back! Special thanks to Cesare and Pietro, our instructors, who kept my son entertained and had him laughing out loud! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
14/07/2026: I was here with my two sons, aged 13 and 16. You have to be 16+ for the real route, so we opted for the family run. This was also great fun. The base at Rafting Republic is very atmospheric, and you can practice well on the small lake. The guides are helpful and really cool.
If you don't have much rafting experience, this is a lot of fun to do. It was the first time for my boys, and they were very enthusiastic.

18/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance during our visit to the local castles. We were immediately greeted warmly, even though we hadn't booked, and the food was prepared in a more than reasonable amount of time. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing and offers a wonderful view.
They brought us a complimentary entrée and a small sorbet at the end of the meal, both included in the cover charge.
The asparagus tart was delicious, as were the cheese gnocchi and ravioli.
I recommend it.

Staff speak French. Complimentary amuse-bouche at the beginning of the meal and a small scoop of ice cream at the end.

Hotel Ristorante Chateau SNC

13/03/2026: We came to this part of the Aosta Valley to visit Aymavilles Castle, one of the few we hadn't seen in the Aosta Valley.
We stopped at this restaurant/pizzeria for lunch and to enjoy the beautiful view of the area; among other things, the castle is located right in front of the hotel.
Because it was a weekday, the menu was obviously limited. We ordered two pizzas (which were good), and the wait staff was welcoming, fast, and friendly.
The price was more than reasonable. The hotel has parking and also has an outdoor dining area that we'll try out this summer when we return.
