23/03/2024: Il Balivo is the best restaurant in Champoluc, it is welcoming, elegant but rustic at the same time, you eat typical dishes that are revisited at the same time, local products at zero km, be careful: the dishes are really very abundant!!! Go there with a big appetite because it's worth trying everything, from appetizers to desserts! Well-stocked local wine list. Courtesy of the staff 8 stars, congratulations! Just remember to book well in advance, otherwise you won't find a place!

Scelta di piatti tipici, carne alla brace, e piatti particolari a seconda della stagione!
Personale gentile e presente
Tutto buonissimo
Alcuni piatti ( come gli agnolotti ) sono veramente un’esplosione di sapore al palato!
La carne alla brace a dir poco spettacolare!
Unica pecca forse sono i dolci, aggiungerei qualcosa di più particolare per rimanere in linea con quello che offre la struttura

17/03/2024: Beautiful hut on top of a plateau at 2000 meters above sea level with a wonderful view of the Monte Rosa peaks and the entire valley of Ayas, Monte Zerbion and in the distance up to the Gran Paradiso group. On-site production and consumption of quality cheese, open only for lunch except on exceptional evenings in summer. Reachable only by excursion on foot or snowshoes, and by car only in summer upon reservation. The hot chocolate is excellent, thick as you can't find it anywhere anymore!!
13/03/2024: Excellent cheeses and the possibility of eating on site is fantastic. The staff is very kind and always ready to tell you curiosities about the place. The homemade desserts are also delicious

Long lines, no table service but it was packed and we were lucky to get a table outside with an awesome view in the sun.
Food tastes great and is awesome, presentation of it seems not too important.

21/03/2024: Fantastic food and nice service. Well sized portions. The veal in green pepper sauce was really good. The decor is a bit kitschy and the lighting is terrible. Overall a nice experience 😀

08/03/2024: We stayed all day from breakfast to mid afternoon. Super helpful and friendly staff, good coffee and sandwiches. Very positive experience (they even gave us a mimosa for Women's Day).
11/02/2024: Located in the center of the town, we came across this place for dinner a bit by chance reading the various reviews... and I'd say how lucky we were! Good choice ! Very good bruschetta, delicious risotto with Blue d'Aoste cheese and pears. Very kind service. Absolutely recommended!

19/02/2024: Very well located refuge, next to the arrival of the cable car, with outdoor terrace and deckchairs. It is also a hotel, has a restaurant and serves quick lunches with a wide choice of sandwiches. Friendly staff despite the crowds at lunchtime
11/02/2024: We were a group who stayed at the Edelweiss hotel on half board.
Dinner every evening was varied and very tasty. There were 3 courses every evening.

02/01/2024: Per merenda con amici oggi a Le Petit Monde abbiamo gustato le torte appena uscite dal forno, con marmellata rigorosamente maison, e una panna cotta meravigliosa! Grande ospitalità dell'ambiente familiare.
31/12/2023: Esperienza da incorniciare quella fatta al Petit Monde. Frequentiamo Champoluc da anni ma è la prima volta che ci rechiamo a Periasc per consumare un pasto. E devo dire che abbiamo fatto benissimo e ci ritorneremo altre volte. In primis per un’accoglienza calorosa e attenta ma soprattutto per una cucina semplice ma delicata e ricca. Ho persino mangiato e apprezzato, per la prima volta in vita mia, il cotechino! Un’esperienza culinaria che nasce grazie alla passione e alla professionalità delle proprietarie.
Chapeau! À la prochaine!

In inverno la strada per arrivarci è un po’ ghiacciata dunque consigliato avere gomme da neve. Credo che di giorno la vista sia ottima. Cibo tipico e prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio
