25/04/2024: Always impeccable service every time, a kindness that should be praised, they are so available to the customer's requests that if you decide to share the pizza with someone at the table they will be the ones to portion it out, a thoughtfulness that should never be taken for granted and demonstrates the care that they reserve for the customer. Furthermore, the pizza is really tasty, prepared with excellent ingredients; their provola is truly excellent and even I am a lover of classic pizza, especially Margherita, at Salefino I also like to experiment with other flavours, never been disappointed so far, well done, well done, well done! If I really have to find a flaw, the interior should be modernized, but in the summer they have a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an excellent dinner!

26/04/2024: Dinner with a couple of friends on a Saturday evening. Modern but rather dated furnishings: worn tables on the edges which are stripped of paint. They are easily visible because they do not use tablecloths, but only a sheet of paper as a placemat. The entrance room is furnished with outdoor furniture, consisting of heavily worn tables and low quality outdoor chairs. I suggest using tablecloths, to at least hide the defects of the table tops. The most embarrassing thing was the chef's ferocious screams coming from the kitchen halfway through the evening. From what was perceived, the chef heavily criticized some diners from the kitchen for the decision to send back the entire pizzas. A paradoxical situation to say the least: customers would like to enjoy dinner without tension, transmitted by the shouts and facial expressions of the waiters. In my opinion the pizza is very good, Neapolitan, well seasoned and with particular combinations. It's a shame that they only offer a fixed menu including dessert for €25 without drinks on Saturdays.

26/04/2024: A PLEASANT RE-DISCOVERY! I was at the restaurant last night a few years after my last visit and, I must say, I found Chef Armando's gastronomic proposal even improved compared to my memories. Wise use of ingredients, imagination with respect for our culinary identity, elegant presentation without TV show lapses. All in an elegant and sober environment, the two adjectives that characterize this place. If you are in Terni, find an evening to go there.

03/01/2024: Trovato per puro caso insieme ad un' amica direi che non poteva andarci meglio. Il posto carinissimo e il personale pure. Ottima la carne ed i prezzi onestissimi. Mi ha colpito particolarmente il fatto che, essendo anche un negozio di alimentari, gli anziani della zona vanno a fare spesa lì, e la spesa viene consegnata a domicilio dal padrone del locale o da uno dei suoi dipendenti. Un gesto di gentilezza di cui oggi nelle grandi città c'è sempre più bisogno.

21/03/2024: My favorite bar in the center of Terni both for a good coffee and for an aperitif with friends. The place is really nice and there are often works of art and beautiful photographs on its walls and they always make it... different. The staff is professional and also courteous, smiling, attentive. 5 stars for service, cleanliness, atmosphere and of course also for their excellent Spritz!

18/03/2024: I've been a regular customer for a while! Splendid aperitifs in a welcoming, warm and friendly environment. The owners and all the staff are very kind and always ready to satisfy customers' needs! With all my friends we often have aperitifs and I must say that I always had a great time! 22/03/2024: Had dinner here on a Saturday night. The room is really beautiful and evocative. The table does not have a tablecloth and, for me, placing the cutlery in that 'cutlery rest' is not the best. I took the creamed cod, presented on the menu as a second course: good but I found the portion really small (especially in proportion to the price) and I'm not a big eater :) I would see it more as an appetizer. My husband got the cut and thought it was good. The wholemeal focaccia served warm is delicious.

17/03/2024: Invitata per una festa di un 50esimo, ambiente carino per quello che ho visto, in quanto il nostro posto era in una sala al piano inferiore, tra l’ingresso del bagno, e il ripostiglio del locale. Cibo nella norma, nulla da esaltare. Servizio da raffinare in quanto non vi è stato il cambio piatto tra gli antipasti ed il giropizza ma ancor peggio non sono stati portati i calici per il brindisi con lo spumante. Dettagli che fanno la differenza nella ristorazione.
