21/02/2024: Returning from visiting the mine of Buonlavoro (a place that I recommend), among other things at the now late hour, 2 pm, for lunch, we noticed this place close to the road that leads to the town. We were immediately fascinated by the rustic and welcoming environment, with various cats and a dog to guard and welcome. We humbly asked for a plate of pasta since we were hungry from the exploration we had done upstream and the lady, without any problems, made us sit near the fireplace. Everything began to have the flavor of hospitality from times gone by… A good platter of local, quality cold cuts and cured meats, a good red wine and above all some homemade pasta with a ragù of various meats with a genuine flavour. Simple place, from times gone by... and unique hospitality, also embellished by the smile of the manager. I highly recommend

02/01/2024: We usually go for takeaway pizzas. The pizza is delicious, the ingredients are of high quality and the menu includes both traditional and special and delicious pizzas. The staff is very friendly and they are very punctual. If you want you can also eat on site. There are few seats so booking is recommended. The small room where you eat is delightful, furnished with truly good taste. Very welcoming, it has an atmosphere that makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer.

19/02/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo, su consiglio di amici che ci avevano parlato molto bene di questo ristorante e devo dire che siamo stati estremamente soddisfatti! Il locale è abbastanza carino, ma il punto di forze più importante è proprio la cucina, che è tipica della tradizione umbra. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo: 1 - Antipasto dell'Articolo molto abbondante e squisito, con i fritti fatti da loro, non industriali; 2 - Ciriole alla ternana, tra le migliori in assoluto mai mangiate, fatte a mano, con un sugo semplice ed equilibratissimo, buonissime! 3 - non abbiamo mangiato il secondo perché eravamo già pieni, abbiamo preso due cicorie ripassate in padella, fantastiche, morbide e saporite, senza eccessivo peperoncino. 4 - i dolci (tirami su e zuppa inglese) sono fatti in casa e sono strepitosi. Il tutto accompagnato con una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco extra dry di Conegliano Veneto e una fantastica Genziana. Il prezzo è assolutamente giusto, quasi economico, soprattutto considerando la qualità delle portate e la grande gentilezza del personale di servizio. Insomma un'ottima esperienza, da consigliare. 19/08/2023: Abito in zona ma non ci ero mai stato, sono rimasto insoddisfatto perché la pasticceria è scongelata, come ormai in tanti bar, mi sono avvicinato al tavolo dopo aver ordinato e nessuno ti porta l'ordine a tavola, alla cassa ho pagato e non ho ricevuto lo scontrino.

13/12/2023: Normally I don't give negative reviews, unfortunately here it is unavoidable for me. I would like to draw a veil over the quality of the food and the preparation. Dinner: 2 first courses, one with mushrooms and one with truffles. Identical in consistency and absolutely without classic flavor when fresh ingredients are not used. Especially the one with scorzone truffle which is very old and dry, probably spoiled and unpleasant to the taste. Then fried fish which I don't want to go into in the description. The only good dish is 1 portion of french fries. I don't know which dish is the cause but the night was spent almost entirely in the bathroom. I thought it was a temporary illness, but for the next 2 days I couldn't eat food due to nausea. I believe I can totally exclude that the cause of this can be attributed otherwise. Last but not least, the expensive cost for the quality of the food served. I intend to write this so that this doesn't happen to other travellers-tourists "Absolutely truthful and not exaggerated review."

09/03/2024: I ate in this restaurant and the first thing that caught my eye was the lack of variety in the dishes, although this may not necessarily be a flaw, because if they are cooked in an optimal manner it can be more than good in addition to the not exactly cheap prices. Let's start with the prices, all the dishes, all the first and second courses cost no less than 12 euros, the cover charge is €2.50 and the starters, which are also not exactly cheap, lead those traveling as a family to stop at just one dish. We took Ciriole broad beans and bacon and Ciriole with artichokes which we found very good, while those who took the gnocchi were not as satisfied as they were not calloused as I would have expected for potato gnocchi, but they melted in the mouth (perhaps it's a characteristic of the territory that I don't know, but used to Roman and Neapolitan gnocchi it didn't seem normal to me) in addition to the meat sauce that had rosemary needles, which I also didn't quite understand. In any case, the dishes were plentiful.

27/01/2024: Excellent place to have an aperitif or eat a nice pinsa or a good first course. The only inconvenient thing is that it obviously has no parking, but it is in the center, so you can get there well. We chose a chopping board of land for 2 and it was very very abundant. Then we took the Pinsa mortazza, and what can I say...excellent! The place is clean, not noisy and welcoming. The employees are very nice and kind! Prices are normal. We will definitely be back

24/12/2023: Accoglienza gentile al contrario della temperatura un tantino bassa (problemi con un condizionatore!). Buoni i primi e i secondi accompagnati da un buon bianco consigliato da loro. Ci hanno servito con velocità e cortesia.

31/03/2024: Terrifying!! There are no tournaments!! Ugly, old hotel (it looks like a pension for the elderly), forgettable breakfast and nothing at all corresponds to the Booking photos! As disappointed as my partner and I were after booking two nights, we only spent one and then decided to change hotels given the terrible experience!!

12/11/2023: Raramente scrivo recensioni negative, solo quando spero che altri malcapitati non si imbattano nella stessa disavventura… IL TARTUFO non sa di tartufo. Non è che non si sentiva perché era poco, era proprio insapore. Il prezzo invece era quello del tartufo… nonostante abbia rimandato il piatto indietro dopo solo due forchettate io ed il mio compagno poche di più. Essendo abituata a girare l’Italia so bene quale sapore avrebbe dovuto avere questo piatto, invece ci sono arrivati due primi INONDATI DI TARTUFI SENZA PROFUMO E SENZA SAPORE. Un primo così poco saporito non si sarebbe potuto ottenere neanche se le fettuccine fossero state portate in bianco. L’hanno fatto perché speravano che essendo turisti ci saremmo lasciati abbindolare da un tubero insapore grattugiato in grandi quantità?! È UN COMPORTAMENTO SCORRETTO veramente. Soprattutto mettere sul conto 28€ per due primi dopo che oltretutto abbiamo fatto notare che ci eravamo accorti di cosa ci avessero portato. Mi chiedo se le buone recensioni siano dovute ad un trattamento diverso per chi è del luogo. TURISTI ATTENTI
