24/08/2024: By far our favorite meal in Umbria. Friendly service, outstanding food, and beautiful wine. We were lucky enough to sit on the balcony and had the most spectacular view. Panicale is also such a perfectly quaint town to explore. Highly recommend!!

14/08/2024: This restaurant is a real find. The food is delicious, clearly made by a skilled and talented chef. They offer a great selection of wines that pair well with the dishes. The service is attentive, and the view of the piazza is lovely. You can tell the owners care about every detail, making the whole experience special.

14/08/2024: What a wonderful family run restaurant well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. The food was local and tasty. The cheeses supplied by a local Tuscan cheese maker who supplies them four different cheeses a month. The pasta was homemade and filling. The wine list was extensive. The service was friendly and helpful with recommendations as well as background to the dishes. 100% recommended.

Excellent entrée, high quality bread and different varieties. Refined oil tasting, DEVASTATING appetizers and fresh pasta. Wide selection of delicious Umbrian wines and more. 31/08/2024: Osteria sita nella piazza di Panicale, grazioso paese assolutamente da visitare. Sono stato con la mia famiglia a pranzo. Abbiamo gradito il benvenuto con i cestini di cipolla, pane fresco, olio umbro e una cremina di burro e pomodoro. I primi sono stati fantastici, consigliabili sicuramente gli umbricelli di cui si allega una foto. Anche i ravioli alla carbonara sono stati favolosi anche se sarebbe stata gradita una maggiore quantità. Inoltre, molto buone le costatelle ed il filetto. Dolci fatti in casa, ottima la tartatelle di cioccolato ed albicocca. Tutto molto buono,c’è attenzione verso il cliente e verso i piatti. Con il proprietario ho avuto modo di scambiare piacevolmente due parole: persona molto cordiale ed amante della propria terra. I prezzi sicuramente risultano essere poco più alti della media tuttavia sono giustificati dalla qualità del prodotto. Complimenti, ritorneremo.

27/08/2024: I was here on August 26th for my birthday. Wonderful elegant location with perfect background music. The service was perfect, very efficient, kindness and helpfulness. The food is always a guarantee of excellent quality, refinement and preparation and a pleasure for the eyes even before the palate. The wine is always of the highest quality in excellent combination with the chosen dishes. Always satisfied I hope to return as soon as possible.

27/08/2024: The interior of the restaurant is unfurnished and extremely noisy; the food aims to be sophisticated but the liver foam is so light as to be tasteless and the cockerel is served in such a small portion (a skimpy thigh) that it leaves no memory of itself. Prices are high, considering the context, the area and the portions.

05/08/2024: One scorching afternoon this August we find ourselves in Panicale, a beautiful village in the province of Perugia. Short refreshment stop in this café in the main square. At this time there is almost no one around. We are offered the best table inside: the last one at the back of the room with a window overlooking the valley and a pleasant refreshing breeze. The start is already promising. An excellent text cake with a glass of wine (good wine list). Young and super friendly staff. At the exit we are ready again to climb to the top of the town. Good choice
