A truly beautiful paradise which maintains its rustic charm while still providing modern comfort - a wonderful base for exploring the Tuscan countryside. The service here is second to none and we enjoyed everything from our delicious daily breakfasts to the cooking class with Michael who shared his passion for food with us. An all around unforgettable experience which we would not hesitate to recommend.

The highlight of our Italy trip. From check-in to check-out, this was a five-star experience all the way. The staff were all so accommodating and made everything feel wonderfully personable—they always knew who we were, never once asking for a room number. Whatever we asked for, they made it feel possible. We also did the dinner and wine pairing experience twice during our stay—one of the most refined dining experiences with some of the best wine pairings we’ve had. Special shoutout to Alessio and Andrea, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel special during our dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very fortunate to find this amazing boutique accommodation whilst researching our first trip to Tuscany region for our holiday in April 2026, however we could only secure one night during the dates we had available, we are so glad we stayed and will absolutely return again. Accommodation, restaurant, and customer service are all amazing. When we think of the words to best describe the Lupaia experience, these would include enchanting, intimate, memorable, special, unique, and personable.
