The experience begins with the appetizers, which immediately reveal the soul of the restaurant. The meat tartare is impeccable: precise cut, top-quality meat, clean and authentic flavor, without unnecessary embellishments. The potato flan with an egg heart is pure, elevated comfort food: creamy, enveloping, with the yolk opening in the center like a promise kept, all topped off with a generous grating of prized black truffle, fragrant yet never overpowering. The first course was simply spectacular: the cacio e pepe fusiolloni with truffle are a perfect balance of technique and flavor. The creaminess is masterful, the pepper present yet elegant, the cheese enveloping, and the truffle ties everything together with a deep and persistent aroma. A dish that will linger in your memory. For the main courses, the quality continues undiminished. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced. The truffle beef fillet my companion chose was incredibly tender, of excellent quality, enhanced by a truffle that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. Special mention for the service: Michele, the waiter, was impeccable. Professional, friendly, present but never intrusive, capable of guiding the experience with skill and passion, making the guest feel truly pampered. Finally, and most importantly: the value for money was absolutely excellent. For the quality of the ingredients, the use of truffles, and the overall level of the experience, the bill was more than fair. 👉 Rè Tartù is not just a restaurant, but a place to remember and recommend. A must-see for anyone who loves truffles and cuisine crafted with care and love.

25/01/2026: Discovered by chance, but certainly destined to become one of my favorite places ♥️. Niccolò and Beatrice, despite their young age, proved to be hosts who far exceeded expectations. Courtesy, attentiveness to customer needs, and great professionalism characterize their hospitality. The quality of the food is excellent: top-quality ingredients, dishes prepared with care and expertise, and impeccably presented. If you love lamb, the ribs are a must-try: among the best—if not the best—I've ever tasted, not just in Italy. The wine list is impressive, extensive, and well-selected.

05/12/2025: Saturday. Rain mixed with snow. Cold. The lit door invites you to take refuge in the warmth. Luck is on our side. There's room for two, despite a fortunate cancellation (reservations are required). I can't adequately describe this charming little restaurant, because it's a place full of details and perfectly fitted details. The smiling manager explains the menu, which appears like a delicate watercolor in his hands. Hand-cut prosciutto, aged for a long time. The fat is nectar that melts and blends with the bread. I give in to the lure of truffles with ancient grains. I understand the meaning of the watercolor precisely because the food releases a thousand colors of flavor in my mouth. A glass of ruby-red Sagrantino and, to finish, dessert. A tart. No, THE tart. Everything is sublime. Everything. The music, the atmosphere, the food, the service, the stick of palo santo in the bathroom. Congratulations to everyone!

30/11/2025: Intimate, very welcoming place. Excellent quality food, friendly and welcoming staff. It was a truly enjoyable dinner and a wonderful discovery. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely eat here again.

30/12/2025: Found it by chance while strolling through Montefalco. A very quaint and well-kept restaurant. We chose the "secondo menu" with exquisite, flavorful mixed grill cooked right in front of us on the grill, salad, and a delicious lemon dessert. We also had bruschetta with olive oil and potatoes, also cooked on the grill. What can I say? A delicious lunch, and a fair price, perhaps even a little. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Montefalco.

03/01/2026: The food was very good, carefully prepared and with just the right portions, allowing you to enjoy all the courses without feeling heavy. We ordered an appetizer, first course, and second course, and for five people, we spent €143, excellent value. The service was attentive, present but never intrusive, and the timing between courses was just right, without long waits. The restaurant also deserves a positive note: well-kept, welcoming, and with a lovely atmosphere. I also really appreciated the background music, kept at the perfect volume, pleasant and not annoying. A place I'd love to return to and one I'd definitely recommend.
