21/08/2024: Small, well-kept and welcoming location, with attentive and friendly service. The innkeeper welcomed us and made us feel immediately at ease. Refined dishes, with quality ingredients, and presented very very well both in terms of plating and explanation of the dish. The restaurant has a well-defined and coherent concept, entirely focused on the experience of the truffle which is present on practically every dish, even on dessert. Pet friendly place, we will definitely return.

21/08/2024: Gourmet restaurant, we stopped for lunch. It is located near the sources of the Clitunno. We had a unique truffle-based culinary experience. The owner is very nice.

24/08/2024: Located on the top of a hill between Spoleto and Trevi, both the village and the convent offer a relaxing panorama! Not even an hour's drive from the main Umbrian cities, therefore convenient for travel. With both breakfast and dinner you feel pampered by the staff and chef Rosy's delicacies! Dinner is not included in the price, but I highly recommend it!!! We stayed in one of the apartments in the village, a real journey back in time! Spacious, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable beds (I have rarely slept in a bed like at home!), the bathroom is also comfortable. For breakfast you have to go down to the convent, I don't think it's even 100 metres, but I found it to be a pleasant morning walk! If you don't like morning walks, there are rooms at the convent too! For parking there is space for everyone, some parking just above the convent, 2/3 parking spaces immediately outside the entrance to the village, and then you can park along the walls of the village. We will confidently return here and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Umbria and relax in the meantime!

24/08/2024: Among the most beautiful 2 days we have ever spent, lovely place, very kind staff, we ate a pizza in a fabulous pizzeria in Campello. We will definitely return

02/07/2024: The Locanda dello Stradino ... remains on the SS3 78 state road in Pissignano, province of Perugia, and opens and closes at 11.30 pm ... has a magnificent spacious and well-furnished room and there are also outdoor tables, there is WIFI, and also offers a children's menu. It is worth knowing that in this inn many types of delicious pizzas are brought to the table, as well as excellent ravioli and delicious appetizers. Here you can also find many dishes of Umbrian cuisine... including cured meats, cheeses, pumpkin and anchovy pizzas, homemade strangozzi and gnocchi, tagliatelle with truffles, seared lamb finger, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, all with side dishes of chicory, grilled vegetables, cabbage and potatoes, roast potatoes with wild fennel, then there are the desserts... cream tart, chocolate cake with a warm heart and cream ice cream, and tozzetti with Sagrantino passito. The prices for the pizzas and the fixed menu are very cheap, however for lunch or dinner the prices are normally they range from 10 to 20 euros for pizzas and fixed menus and then from 30 to 40 euros for lunch and dinner at least to clarify, but one thing is certain if you pass by here you will leave very satisfied.

02/06/2024: We sat down in this place after inquiring about what we could eat, they offered us two menus, one fixed and one à la carte. We sat down and waited for these menus which did not arrive. Eventually we were brought to the table by a kind lady of a certain age We didn't even have time to consult them before a waiter arrived, or I don't know who, who rudely reprimanded the lady, telling her that she shouldn't have brought us the menus and immediately afterwards literally snatched the menu from my husband's hand, who despite everything with great calmly pointed out to him that consulting prices and menu items is the customer's right and the restaurateur's obligation. Reluctantly the restaurateur brought us only one menu, the à la carte one! At this point we preferred to leave rather than be teased until the end. The only certain thing about this place is that Rudeness reigns supreme!

03/06/2024: Be che dire…se potevo dare 0 stelle lo avrei fatto. La location bella, tra ruscelli e tanto verde, ma accoglienza direi buonina …dico. Appena siamo arrivati, abbiamo ordinato dei primi, il primo piatto quantità discreta , ma gli altri non ve lo dico nemmeno, erano gnocchi con le vongole, ma voi li avete visti??? In uno degli 8 piatti ne abbiamo contati 12pz, quando la proprietaria insinuava che ogni porzione è composta da circa 120gr ,ma dove? Cmq se non vi volete far fregare soldi e volete mangiare bene , anche per saziarvi un po', questo non è il locale che fa per voi…pagare 16 € una porzione da 12pz di gnocchi che non hanno sapore …manco in una rapina…per il conto totale… non ve lo dico proprio…addio a mai più… Ps: mi raccomando cosa importante…se ordinate le patatine fritte per i vostri figli che non mangiano pesce, non le ordinate perché vengono fritte nell’olio dove viene fritto il pesce e questa cosa non ve lo dice nessuno. Quasi dimenticavo, non fatevi fregare ieri è toccato a noi, domani a qualcun altro …parole della titolare, nessuna scusa da parte loro...finisco qua....

11/05/2024: The place is not bad the food good but the bread has no salt so it sucks and to arrive with the dishes it took 30 minutes. We asked for the same water and it never arrived, we reported that it didn't arrive and so they brought it to me

15/08/2024: Great for a nice breakfast. The girls are very nice and kind. The savory ones are very tasty. Fair prices and I recommend it.

14/08/2024: Excellent place to have lunch after a walk at the Fonti del Clitunno. Welcoming, kind and helpful staff. The vegetarian platters are rich and tasty with truffles and porcini mushrooms. The cutting boards and crostoni with delicious and rich typical cured meats. The environment is clean and fresh, with air conditioning. Little availability of gluten-free dishes but the staff made sure to satisfy our every need.
