23/01/2025: It took 2 hours for our food to be delivered, even though we had agreed on it at breakfast. The waiter was rude.
19/01/2025: This is an amazing place! Excellent service! Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is amazing. Service and staff are great and friendly! This was a skiing trip and location of the hotel is great for skiers. Ski bus stop is in front of the hotel and it is a 5min bus ride to the slopes. Thank you guys for your hospitality, I sure hope to see you again. I would highly recommend this hotel!

28/01/2025: For us, the fact that the place was open at 9 pm was excellent.
Fast service, less than 5 minutes, the pizzas were served to us.
The pizzas are very tasty.
The kitchen closes at 9pm and you can only buy pizzas and not what's on the menu.
The restaurant is also a bar in the evening.
During the day, the restaurant is open to surfers who come to the cable car and surf, and there is a rich menu for the hungry.
26/01/2025: Nice location, right at the Olang/Kronplatz valley station. Dedicated and lovely staff, nice ambience inside. I didn't eat anything.

13/10/2024: Grazie Bruno per questi 20 anni! Siamo stati molte volte a mangiare nel vostro locale e di ogni occasione manteniamo un bellissimo ricordo. Sempre cordiali e accoglienti, ci siamo sempre sentiti a casa . Grande professionalità in cucina e cordialità con i clienti, davvero complimenti per tutti questi anni, ci mancherai e ci mancherete! Buona e meritata pensione!

24/08/2024: Locale meraviglioso, il nostro punto fisso per le nostre vacanze in alto Adige. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente e il cibo molto ma molto buono. Siamo stato il 22 agosto e volevamo tornare il 30 ma purtroppo ha chiuso. Avremmo voluto chiudere la nostra vacanza con del buon cibo........Grazie per tutte le volte che ci avete servito sia in inverno che in estate. Ia vostra cucina mi mancherà i prossimi anni.

20/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato scegliendo dei piatti unici di carne e verdure, sapientemente preparati. Tempi lunghi di attesa ma ne è valsa la pena. La cameriera (unica) gentile, disponibile e veloce, ha tutto il carico di prendere gli ordini, servire, svolgere il servizio bar, il servizio cassa e quant'altro. Complimenti al cuoco e alla cameriera.
22/06/2024: Kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten sei es beim bestellen, bis das essen kommt und dann noch beim bezahlen. Werde das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen

04/04/2024: Il ristorante Kron é più simile all'aeroporto di Malpensa che a un ristorante sito nel cuore delle dolomiti. Centro commerciale é la parola giusta, non c'è nulla di alpino a parte qualche cassiere ombroso e infastidito da domande in italiano. La qualità del cibo é da mensa del lavoro di.una fabbrica della Brianza e viene ovviata la qualità dalla quantità industriale di spaghetti scotti e da condimenti abbondanti affogati in chili di burro e olio nonché cucinati con un infinita di spezie per coprire la scarsissima qualità. I prezzi poi sono vergognosi, si pensi che una biglietto d'acqua naturale costa 3,20€ ( al mio disappunto mi é stato detto che bisogna portare le bottigliette d'acqua fino a 2200m) ma allora in tutti gli altri rifugi più alti e difficilmente accessibili quanto dovrebbe costare pranzare? Uno stipendio? VERGOGNA

15/02/2024: Posto posizionato bene,con panchine accessibili a tutti,e posti anche all’interno.Purtroppo,costi elevati,ma cibo buono.
13/01/2024: Es darf natürlich auch was anderes sein, aber der Kaiserschmarrn in der Prackenhütte ist legendär: Immer frisch, ganz klar für (mindestens) zwei Personen und damit nicht nur in der Leistung sondern auch im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Der Stop an der Alpenpiste vor der Talabfahrt nach Percha muss sein.
