04/01/2025: After paying a whopping €14 for a mixed grill, you find the plate at home with all the meat like this!!! This experience is worth repeating!! Think carefully before sending food to people's homes!

04/01/2025: It would be nice if the opening times were correct. Went there at 1:15 p.m. because it says “open until 2:00 p.m.” on the internet. That's just rude and annoying.

19/10/2024: Excellent place, free parking available, only flaw in the breakfast, mainly salty and not very sweet.

11/09/2024: Outdated hotel. Located on the street with the noise of the cars that can be heard heavily in the room with the windows closed. I ate a dish of questionable tagliatelle with meat sauce at the restaurant and paid more (17€) than the price indicated on the menu (12€) with the excuse that the portion was abundant.... go ahead!!!

04/01/2025: hotel located in the center of Ora easily accessible, convenient free underground parking 50 m away the double room was very small with single beds pushed together, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, not equipped with sheets, small bathroom without bidet the staff was relatively cold and not very willing to listen to our small needs well-stocked breakfast, sufficient dinner with the flaw of very expensive glass water, €4.90 the total price a little excessive for a 3 star hotel Sufficient experience but could be improved

01/12/2024: During our Alpine crossing we always spend one night. We have been to this hotel several times. The food is always good, the rooms are clean and reasonably quiet. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Due to the number of overnight stays, some people may be a little stressed.

30/12/2024: We called. at 1.30pm to ask if the. restaurant was open. They told us yes and that they were waiting for us, we specified that we were leaving from Bolzano. We arrived and were told that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't eat. Well done, good figure, we took our money to the restaurant next door.

22/07/2024: The rooms are well kept and clean although a little cramped. Excellent breakfast. To be taken into consideration for a minimal holiday but with all comforts
