07/05/2025: Very kind and friendly staff. We stopped at this imbiss for lunch along the Dobbiaco - Bressanone cycle path. Excellent currywurst and also polenta with cheese 🤤🤤

15/03/2025: Locale ben arredato e raffinato. Varietà di piatti basati sul sushi( quindi pesce crudo) ma possibilità di scegliere anche pesce cotto. Piatti gustosi e ben presentati. Ma soprattutto la cameriera che ha servito ai tavoli di una professionalità impeccabile. Ha descritto i piatti, gentile, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e pronta ad assecondare eventuali variazioni. Una bella esperienza oltre che una gradevole serata. Da ritornare per gustare altri piatti

26/05/2025: Stunning hotel, the scent of pine wood that welcomes you as soon as you enter. Top services from the spa to the pool. Very helpful and courteous staff. I have been coming back for years and it continues to be the first choice for taste, structure and cleanliness.

28/03/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The manager/owner of the hotel behaved very unprofessionally. My friends and I booked 3 rooms, including one 2+1, and this room, which was more expensive than the 2-person rooms, turned out to be a total disaster because instead of a normal bed for a 13-year-old child, there was... a small, narrow fold-out armchair measuring less than 1.5 m by 40 cm... A joke! Since the reception was already closed, we decided to switch rooms because the 2-person room had a single bed much larger than the armchair. The next day we informed the reception about this and everything would have been fine if not for the fact that we were charged for a child we do not have... Despite explanations, it was impossible to explain the situation to the manager. She told us to settle the bill between ourselves. She was rude and raised her voice at us, so we finally left without resolving the problem. Be careful with this 2+1 room because it may turn out that your child will not fit on this "bed". Apart from that, the breakfast food was poor, few salads, only smoked salmon once a week, and otherwise only cheese and ham, cereal, tomatoes and cucumbers. It's nice that you can make yourself orange juice. Dinners were not to our taste, too little seasoning and stringy meat. There was no fish or seafood at all. Nice SPA and swimming pool. Nice service at the restaurant, reception and cleaning (apart from the manager). We will definitely not return. There are much better hotels nearby for the same price. **** Hi, I don't have time to dispute but there are some facts which you mixed, so let me point out some: - We couldn't inform reception about the problem because it was already closed when we finished our dinner. (reception closed at 22:30) - We did what we thought was right at that moment, so the child of our friends could sleep comfortably, and we informed reception the next day just so your staff knew where to put extra towels or bad sheets. - We even inform reception that we will pay for the rooms as was originally agreed. And now – Last day (payment day) you charge me for my room + for the child I don't have. Which clearly makes a mistake from your side. I paid without questioning because I didn't have my phone with me to check what was on the original offer. Next morning on the day of departure we went to inform you that it was a simple mistake and ask you if you can resolve it. You started to check it in your system, and you also agreed that the hotel charged me too much. Instead of giving me my money back right away and charging my friend while he stood next to me, you started to raise your voice. But what made me angry was Your answer, that I can resolve it with my friend because he paid too little. Conclusion. The hotel makes mistakes and leaves customers with a problem (me), and in an uncomfortable situation when I'm forced to be my friend for my money. And to be clear I did not ask you for a discount, it was my friend.

02/05/2025: The Hotel Blitzburg has a very modern and attractive interior. The en suite rooms are very spacious, cozy and modernly furnished. Everything is spotlessly clean. The family and staff are always very polite and helpful. The restaurant is open all day and offers very good and rich cuisine. Parking spaces in the courtyard and in the underground car park are available free of charge. The location is excellent as the bus station is in the immediate vicinity, there is a supermarket across the street and around the corner. It is only 500 m to the center of Bruneck. The family-run Hotel Blitzburg is an absolute recommendation. I'd love to come back.

10/04/2025: We searched for gluten free options in this area and found this wonderful place. We had soup, pizza, pasta and deserts and everything was really delicious. Highly recommended.

16/03/2025: I had lunch there during working hours and had a great time! Quick lunch with first and second course at really excellent and very good prices. Friendly staff ready to handle every need.

21/05/2025: Place in the center, nothing exceptional as a bar. The waiter who takes the orders is a disaster. We ask if we can sit down and they say yes. After a while other people arrive and are served but we are not taken into consideration even when we make a sign that we are waiting. After the third couple served arrived after us we leave. We probably do not speak German and it is a shortcoming. They are lucky to be in the center because with that way of doing things they would deserve to close

26/05/2025: Great location, but this restaurant has gone completely downhill since the new management! The staff barely speaks German and not even good Italian! There were five of us there on Mother's Day, and three orders were misunderstood and thus served incorrectly! Small portions (pizza dough millimeters 😂) but reasonable prices! We used to go there often and were always satisfied, but since the new management, this is a NO GO!!

08/05/2025: It used to be better, but since there are Italians there it's no longer so nice and comfortable. Kaiserschmarn is just an omelette with no taste. And mixed salad only leaf lettuce without vegetables and that for 8€. Just weak.
