24/07/2025: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. The room was big and spacious. The restaurant was great, with delicious food and good service. I didn't have time to join the spa area but maybe next time...
26/06/2025: Everything was perfect, from the location, to the welcome and friendliness of the waiters, up to the truly exquisite and beautifully presented food.
We celebrated our anniversary here and we couldn't have made a better choice.
They accept dogs, but only in the part of the room where the bar is, which is still very beautiful and well-kept.

Fair price.
06/09/2025: We were there two nights in a row.
The first night we had pizza and dessert, both sublime.
The second night we had mixed cold cuts and cheeses and two first courses, all delicious 😋
I recommend it.

28/07/2025: We spent 9 perfect days in a property that was excellent in every way: the owners and staff were friendly, the rooms were large and spotlessly clean, the meals were excellent...you couldn't ask for anything better! Thanks to Veronica and Petra. We'll definitely see you next year!

27/08/2025: Spacious restaurant with amazing views, especially at sunset. There is a children's playground next to the outdoor tables. The staff is very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable about Muslim needs. The menu is available in English and Italian, making it easy to choose from. We tried the calamari, four cheese pizza, campana pizza, and shrimp pasta, and they were delicious. The prices are reasonable and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend it!
25/08/2025: I've been frequenting this place for years on vacation, but the recent change in management isn't to my taste. Between questionable choices (reduction of South Tyrolean dishes to introduce a fish menu), half-raw dumplings, cold mashed potatoes, and even cold bread (!), it makes me wonder if many items were defrosted.

21/05/2025: Place in the center, nothing exceptional as a bar. The waiter who takes the orders is a disaster. We ask if we can sit down and they say yes. After a while other people arrive and are served but we are not taken into consideration even when we make a sign that we are waiting. After the third couple served arrived after us we leave. We probably do not speak German and it is a shortcoming. They are lucky to be in the center because with that way of doing things they would deserve to close

19/07/2025: The setting is beautiful, despite being surrounded by the farm and stables, with a lovely view of the horses that some might appreciate.
I enjoyed an excellent goulash with dumplings.
02/07/2025: A nice restaurant right next to a riding arena with an outdoor terrace. Friendly service. We had spaghetti Bolognese, aglio e olio, dumpling trio, and a burger. Everything was delicious and good value for money.

13/09/2025: When we go to Brunico for shopping, on days when we're not hiking, we always go to Bernardi for lunch. Weather permitting, we prefer to eat on the terrace overlooking the canal. It's very pleasant to drink a good wine and eat in the shade of the trees that shade the terrace, accompanied by the murmur of the water.
09/09/2025: The food was nothing special, but the wine was good. We order the beef tartare and extra bread. But the bread was cheap and kinda ruined the tartare. The service was so so. The vibe was weird.

I ate 50% of my pizza and found glass in one slice.
I immediately alerted the server. No excuses, nothing.
I went to "pay," and they told me I had to call the server right away (which I did) instead of eating.
No excuses, even afterward. I had to pay for my pizza. And it wasn't very good, either.
I don't recommend it.
11/08/2025: Order from them the kebab, which is shawarma, it is delicious and the food is halal.

17/05/2025: My visit to Wainks Restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. I felt like a second-class guest. While other tables received high-quality, ornate glasses, we were served plain plastic cups.
I was particularly disappointed that, unlike other guests, we were asked to pay immediately, which gave the impression that they wanted to get rid of us quickly. This unequal treatment made my stay very unpleasant.
Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Wainks Restaurant.
