27/08/2025: Had a wonderful meal here today!! Quality cheeseburger... Sausage with polenta and cheese was superb! Friendly service with a smile. They offered us coffee with a cookie. As promised, 5 stars, impossible to give a lower rating!! Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: A hotel with heart – one of our absolute favorite places in South Tyrol! The Langgenhof in Bruneck is more than just a hotel – it's a place with soul. From the very first moment, you feel welcome and personally cared for. Hosts Juliane and Peter, together with their team, create an atmosphere where you're welcomed not as a guest, but as friends. The cuisine is outstanding – regional cuisine of the highest quality, creatively interpreted and prepared with great love. The drinks at the bar are also an experience in themselves! There are great tips for activities, mountain bikes and e-bikes available right on site – and the legendary hiking or snow tours with host Peter are real highlights (in winter, you can easily take a shuttle to the Kronplatz ski area). The charming town of Bruneck is just a short walk away – as is the family-owned farm, which makes this hotel even more unique (also culinary-wise). 15/11/2025: Finally, a modern setting with individual seating around the attractive horseshoe-shaped bar. Lighting, ambiance, music, and a young, friendly staff. The food is modern, but without overdoing it with elaborate dishes.

29/09/2025: The food was delicious and the service was fast. We ordered pasta with shrimp, margherita pizza, white cheese pizza, potatoes, and salad. It was all very delicious. I recommend it. The servers were very friendly and informed us that some of the food contained pork. There is a young man who speaks Arabic.

11/10/2025: Dinner for two. We had booked, specifying a quiet table. We were seated at the entrance, at the walk-through table. The people standing at the bar enjoying aperitifs were less than a meter away from us: it felt like we were in the middle of a market, with the added hustle and bustle of people coming and going. To top it all off, the door leading outside was constantly left open, leaving us eating in a cold draft. The table was too small to hold two glasses and two plates.

04/10/2025: Terrible service. We were seated promptly, but then completely ignored for over 30 minutes. During that time, several tables that arrived after us had already placed their orders and even received their food, while no one had so much as asked us for drinks. When we finally flagged someone down to express our concern, the response we got (from either the server or the owner, we don't know) was: "Is this a problem?" Yes, it's absolutely a problem. How does a restaurant staff not realize that skipping over a table entirely, while serving others who arrived later, is unacceptable? It’s not just poor service, it’s a clear lack of awareness and professionalism. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
