11/10/2025: We've been going to this family for years and years, and the food has always been excellent. But I just can't stand the tripe diluted with cream. Maybe they've changed the kitchen staff because some dishes were better before. They're always very good at providing great service.

27/09/2025: We came after 14:00 so the kitchen was closed. But we got a delicious meat platter and great cakes. Also the people are super nice and the view is amazing

20/07/2025: Second year in a row at this fabulous hotel. The staff is kind and friendly, as are the owners. The dinners are exquisite and delicious, as are the breakfasts!! This year, there's also a heated pool for cooler days. Truly a top-quality hotel in the Puster Valley. You'll leave your heart there ❤️ Thank you, see you soon!!

06/10/2025: We chose Ai Vicoli for our first evening in Trento. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed that the restaurant didn't open until 7 p.m. and arrived at 6 p.m. Luckily, the attached wine bar, which opens at 6 p.m., was offering a special TrentoDOC Fest offer, so we were able to sample three different TrentoDOCs as an aperitif. The service and food were fantastic. We highly recommend Ai Vicoli!

The flavors were authentic and portions generous The staff was attentive and kind, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. 03/10/2025: A little gem in Plazores We ourselves are from Vigilio di Marebbe, but here at the Plazores guesthouse with André and Jan, we always feel at home – and at the same time, like we're on a special journey. The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

14/10/2025: The perfect dinner to celebrate my birthday. We chose this place because we wanted to eat something delicious in a quiet setting and celebrate another year, and it exceeded all expectations beyond our wildest dreams. Excellent wines, friendly staff, and the tuna tartare was out of this world, much better than many beef tartares I've eaten (and I say this as a meat lover). Then came the spaghetti with thick ragù, which almost moved me to tears at how good it was, with that enveloping sauce that made you feel satisfied with every bite. Finally, a Garronese sirloin steak, strictly rare, that melted in your mouth, with an excellent mustard sauce and a delicious rosemary and olive oil cured meat; every bite was a delight. Special mention also goes to the seafood pasta and the swordfish. I don't usually give too many compliments to a place, but here they are obligatory. Excellent ingredients, well-crafted and carefully prepared dishes, friendly staff, perfect combinations and flavors, more than fair prices, and adequate (I'd even say generous) portions. What more could you ask for? Compliments to the staff; if we pass through Arco again, we'll definitely stop here! Well done!

02/10/2025: I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my partner and I had at your restaurant on Tuesday, 30 September. Upon arrival, we were offered a table next to guests who had brought their dog. As I suffer from allergies, we kindly asked if it was possible to be seated in an area of the restaurant without animals. Unfortunately, the server informed us that there was no such option available. Consequently, we were unable to stay and had to leave without dining. In addition to the allergy concern, I would like to point out that the presence of dogs inside dining areas raises questions of hygiene and food safety. According to general food safety and hygiene regulations, restaurants are expected to maintain a clean environment where food is prepared and consumed. Allowing animals into guest areas may compromise this standard and can create an exclusionary experience for guests with allergies or sensitivities. It was very disappointing, as we had looked forward to dining at your establishment. Sadly, under the current circumstances, I cannot recommend the restaurant to others.

29/09/2025: Craft brewery with an adjoining beer hall. The selection is wide and varied, and the beers are all excellent. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area (I live near Modena) and rarely stop by, but luckily they have an excellent home delivery service 😃🫶🏻👍🏼👍🏼

20/09/2025: A truly positive experience. We tried several of the brewery's beers. The staff was incredibly friendly and explained the characteristics of each individual beer they produce and offered recommendations. This brewery is unique in that they let you taste the beer before ordering (a highly appreciated feature). We also had a very good sandwich with the beers. We'll be back.

27/09/2025: We came here quite by chance. The pizza is from the wood-fired oven and is fantastic, The owners are very friendly! The prices are quite fair for South Tyrol. When we were shocked to discover that there were no more buses from there shortly after 7:00 PM, we were quickly and easily helped out when we asked for a taxi so we could reach the nearest bus stop and catch the last bus of the day to Siusi. If I could, I would give it 10 stars; service like this isn't something you can take for granted! Thanks again for the delicious food and your help!
