22/09/2025: Wonderful little shop with all manner of drinks, sandwiches, and local produce. Great local beer on tap, and an amazing meat and cheese tasting board. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Was delighted to circle Adelaide on their 'where are you from' map :)

05/10/2025: Dear friends, the owners, Rosetta and Giorgio, pay obsessive attention to the quality of their ingredients, the cooking, and the presentation of their dishes. The quality/price ratio is very good: naturally, if you choose a fine wine (see photo), the price goes up, but the staff is ready to advise you! The wine cellar is well-stocked! The tables are spaced far enough apart to ensure relaxation, privacy, and conversation without having to worry about being overtaken. Be careful about parking: the restaurant is in the historic center (limited traffic zone). Leave your car in the surrounding parking lots: it's only a short distance away! Reservations are highly recommended. € well spent!

06/10/2025: The restaurant doesn't overlook the Bagno Vignoni thermal baths, but is located on a side street a few dozen meters away. The location is central yet quiet, with tables in a small courtyard directly on the pedestrian street, which doesn't cause any disturbance. Very good crostini, carefully prepared first and second courses, sometimes with unusual pairings. Good wine selection. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The menu features dishes made with fresh, local ingredients that showcase the local flavors. I tried the pici all'aglione and the chestnut, pumpkin, and mushroom soup: both delicious, carefully prepared, and authentic. The wine selection is also excellent, with high-quality options to suit all tastes. A truly positive experience, one to repeat. I highly recommend it!

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the medieval charm of the village. The outdoor garden is simply enchanting, perfect for a romantic dinner. The food? Extraordinary. From the handmade pasta, to the delicate and flavorful main courses, to the desserts that seem to have come straight from a family recipe book. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients and with a care that is evident at first bite. All accompanied by an extensive wine list, featuring select local labels. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive, and always smiling. You can sense the love for the region and the authentic hospitality. Being guests at Relais Palazzo del Capitano made everything even more special: it was like living, for a few days, in a Tuscan dream. The experience is complete, harmonious, and profoundly authentic. Highly recommended, both for those seeking authentic Tuscan cuisine and for those who wish to experience the soul of this extraordinary place. We will definitely be back.

03/09/2025: A precious place...I've known it for a long time, I come here every now and then for an aperitivo, and every time it confirms its special character for both locals and tourists: not just wine and food, but conversation, books, local culture, a timeless experience, and a spacious setting where you can live and share. If you're in the area, you MUST stop here!

Also your shop catches the eye:) Unfortunately, you were closed when me and my husband were few times in San Quirico during our honeymoon. We wanted to buy this painting as a reminder of our happy time in Tuscany. If there is any chance you could sell it and send to Austria, it would be the best gift for my husband to our first anniversary :)

11/10/2025: Beautiful location, right in Piazza delle Sorgenti, where the tables overlook. The interior is well-kept. The owner and chef welcomed us and gave us excellent advice. Everything was truly excellent.

06/10/2025: Very bad foot. We do not recommend the slices of beef because it is uncooked. It was very tough. The service was also very disappointing. Very long waiting time and deserts (pana cotta) were not available.

04/10/2025: If you want to eat inexpensively but still enjoy delicious food, this is the place. Locals frequent this place, which is definitely a good sign. The service was friendly and quick. The food was very good, with the meat being rare, typical of Tuscany. The portions were generous. Some guests brought their dogs, so if you have a dog, you can apparently bring it along. If you're looking for a touristy place and expect an upscale atmosphere, this is the place for you. If you want excellent Italian food, this is the place for you.

25/08/2025: For us Sienese, when you mention fermented beverages, wine immediately comes to mind. We're born with Chianti in our blood. But every now and then, you have to take your hat off to those who know how to do something different, but do it like a master. This brewery in Val d'Orcia is one of those surprises that make you happy. You immediately sense that it's not a tourist trap, but that behind it are people who study and use top-quality ingredients. The beers are clean, flavorful, each with its own character. The place is charming; you sit down, chat with the person who pours your beer for you and explains everything to you politely. In short, a real gem. If you're in the area and want something different, go here. Well-made.

23/09/2025: Be warned, very low quality food, tasteless, greasy and reheated from the other day when it was made. The only good tasting item was the coffee. View was great.

05/07/2025: Anno dopo anno sempre una conferma a Bagno Vignoni. Prodotti eccellenti, sapori tradizionali di grandissimo livello e tutto condito da semplicità e un bel giardino. Insomma rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccezionale. Purtroppo quest'anno non avevano la panzanella, ma non mancherà occasione in futuro per rimangiarla.
