24/02/2025: I breathed a familiar air of authentic Tuscany. The owner and his family have always lived in this enchanting village of Montisi.
The agriturismo consists of a seventeenth-century villa and other buildings around it. It is practically a small village within a village. An ideal combination of countryside and village life. Bar, bakery and small shops make you feel at home.
Delightful swimming pool and well-kept gardens.
Also inside there is a small restaurant where the cuisine is superb, outside of all the usual commercial menus. Aromatic herbs, spices and recipes from the history of Tuscan manor houses. A unique and highly recommended experience.
P.S. the whole family is a pleasant discovery compared to this modern hospitality that is found everywhere made more by robots than human beings.

Excellent aperitif at sunset with tasting of local cheeses and house wine.
All immersed in the most extreme peace.

01/11/2024: My wife and I showed up at 2:20 PM and they didn't let us eat, saying that the kitchen was full and only for reservations. Little welcoming courtesy, the tables were free inside and outside.

03/09/2024: My husband and I had dinner 2 weeks ago at this farm which is truly worth it both in terms of quality of food (zero km) and economically (honest prices!) and in service (Helen you are really special)!! Well done guys 👏🏻 Realities like this really deserve to be more appreciated 🤩
16/08/2024: We enjoyed this restaurant very positively. The service was extremely friendly and good. They had communicated the food in advance on the telephone (fixed before/after course and a choice of 2 or 3 things for the primi and secondi). The food was good, the surroundings were beautiful and the atmosphere was so nice that you could have/wanted to sit there for a few more hours. The hostess and gentleman spoke good English and provided good communication and nice conversations. Thanks for the nice evening!

06/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati a San Giovanni d'Asso per una breve sosta. Abbiamo mangiato una ribollita, dei pici all'aglione e un bel piatto di affettati misti tipici e deliziosi.
Ambiente molto molto carino, cortesia del personale, mano femminile assolutamente riscontrabile in tutto, prezzi giusti. Consigliato!
31/12/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante a pranzo. Ci hanno posizionato davanti a un piccolo camino perché il locale era un po freddo. Abbiamo preso un antipasto (19 euro) da dividere in due. Due calici di vino rosso (9 euro uno). Poi due primi, (tartufo purtroppo finito...) parmigiana di patate e carciofi, tagliolini al limone capperi e alici. Sui primi nulla da dire su quantità e prezzo. Poi un dolce con sfogliatelle e ricotta buona. Avrei dato 4 stelle per la qualità del cibo, ma un paio di cose sono da rivedere. Ho chiesto se l'acqua fosse stata troppo frizzante e mi é stato gentilmente detto che eventualmente l'avrebbeeo cambiata senza problemi miscelando. L'ho fatta cambiare ma una volta arrivato a casa lo scontrino riportava il costo di 2 bottiglie d'acqua consumate (2+2 euro)...poi secondo me la quantità di vino versata nel calice era abbastanza esigua, come la porzione di un antipasto da 19 euro mi é sembrata piccola.

16/10/2023: Ristorante all’interno della struttura alberghiera di Villa Armena. Un luogo incantevole immerso nella campagna toscana. Il locale è ristrutturato con gusto ed arredato in maniera elegante. Il menù, dai piatti interessanti, offre una varia scelta tra cui i tipici piatti della tradizione. Nonostante la presenza di poco personale in cucina e al servizio, durante la nostra cena l attesa è stata corretta. I piatti ordinati sono stati tutti di nostro pieno gradimento. Complimenti allo staff.
