30/09/2025: Easy to get to, nice atmosphere, very good, sophisticated pizzas. It's best to sample or share a pizza. Some toppings might be a bit heavy for a whole pizza, but if you go for the classic version, there's no problem. Prices are in line with the offerings. Recommended!
28/09/2025: Abandon all hope of finding something like this outside of Italy.
Great food, fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, fair prices – everything is just right here.
We were there twice during our vacation – a perfect experience.
Highly recommended!

13/09/2025: Despite some negative reviews, our dinner tonight was very good. They do have two expensive set menus, but the à la carte menu isn't any more expensive than anywhere else. The only downside, I think, is the parking problem.
I'd definitely return to this place.

01/06/2025: It would take very few words to define this pastry shop as one of the best in the area. Cakes that are not only beautiful in their decorations, but of an extreme, excellent goodness.

Highly recommended, but not only for the cakes, for the assortment of pastries, savory and pleasant aperitifs.
A very small defect, improve the kindness of the female staff.

07/07/2025: We came here for lunch because we had read good things about the place and heard that there are a lot of tourist scams in San Gimignano. It was worth making a little detour. The service was very nice, everything tasted great. We had excellent food at an affordable price. We are glad we had lunch here.

05/10/2025: A very nice little restaurant. The exterior doesn't look like much, but once the food is served, it's something else.
Everything was good, from the beer to the coffee.
The server who served us knew his menu, as my partner is allergic to milk, so he quickly told her whether she could eat it or not.
The quantities may seem small in the photos, but they are very good.
Thanks again to the team and the kitchen; without them, we wouldn't have enjoyed ourselves so much.

Service was good.
There was a very noisy crowd (customers) which I didn't like. But the food was really good. I'll come again. 😋😋😋

13/08/2025: By chance, we found the pizzeria open, it was late. The pizza was delicious, and the place was clean and welcoming.

07/08/2025: Very good meal at this small organic restaurant. Highly recommended if you're on vacation in Poggibonsi or the surrounding area and want to eat light and healthy (the vegetables are excellent). Several visits and consistent quality.
27/05/2025: Gastronomia Bio molto buona con tanta scelta di piatti espressi, ben cucinati e buoni di qualità (buonissimi anche i dolci dove si sentono i bilanciamenti giusti senza rimanere assuefatti e pieni di zucchero) bravi!!!

27/09/2025: You need to be well-organized with reservations, not by making people reserve a table at 9 PM on a Saturday night and then making them wait outside, or even by giving a polite answer. It's a Saturday night, and I certainly can't find any other pizzerias with free tables!!
19/09/2025: Disappointed, small takeaway pizza with bad taste and low quality. I expected much more from L'Oro.

08/10/2025: Great spot. Nice little porch for al fresco dining. The owner was so nice and accommodating. The food was excellent and the drinks were reasonable prices and outstanding. Well done. Small selection of food in the menu but 4 of us all had different entrees and all were GREAT.

11/08/2025: What we ate was good, both the tacos and the pizza, but the prices seemed a bit high. Perhaps tourists passing through San Gimignano are willing to pay these prices?
Looking at the menu, I was "impressed" by the gourmet sandwiches for €16... I'm missing something.
The service was quick but a bit confusing.

17/10/2025: I can't help but write a review, the takeaway pizza was terrible, I don't know if it was a pizza or if it was just thrown away because it was burnt, and as a topping, even a nice hair which never hurts, what can I say? I won't get them again.
23/09/2025: The food is quite good, but the extremely slow service makes it hard to eat.
Absolutely avoid on weekends when it's crowded.
Otherwise, the tartare is good, as is the pizza.
The place is quite large.

16/06/2025: A delicious coffee for €1.50 and delicious teacakes in this small bakery and cafeteria. A relaxed atmosphere with Italians taking a short break and chatting. Ideal for a stopover between Siena and San Gimignano.
