13/05/2025: I give 4 stars to the food because we only tried the bagged chips. But the cocktail was very good (both).
The place has an old and elegant style, good music and the service was the best, they give you advice and explain what each cocktail has. I recommend you go for an aperitif or dinner. Fair prices for the quality (€8/€10 for a cocktail, €6 for a glass of wine and €5 for a draft beer).
06/05/2025: We hired the White Dog to provide the open bar for our wedding in Poggibonsi. They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process and did an excellent job the day of the wedding with delicious cocktails and drinks that all of our loved ones thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a really beautiful bar setup at the venue. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

14/04/2025: I'll start by saying that the undersigned, for unknown reasons, was treated very badly by the owner/waitress.
Ignored when ordering pizzas
Ignored 2 times while trying to tell her I wanted a simple coke to drink.
Once the pizza arrived (raw and tasteless) the legendary lady coughed slightly on the surface.
An experience bordering on blasphemy, a true blasphemy for the homage to the famous Neapolitan pizza.
Absolutely not recommended.

15/05/2025: I only had take-out pizzas. The pizzas were delicious, the dough was light and the cooking was perfect. The price was a bit high compared to equivalent pizzerias.

04/04/2025: We were so fortunate to discover Montemorli and meet Vittorio and his family. I messaged them on WhatsApp to ask about a tour and Vittorio offered to give us a personal tour the next day. He walked us around the vineyard and talked about the varietals and their harvesting timeline etc. We then went to the cellars and learned about the aging and wine making processes. It was very interesting to hear the history of the vineyard and the Conforti family. Vittorio was also very patient and answered all of our questions. We then walked over to their outdoor kitchen and had a tasting with snacks and we loved all of the wines but could only buy a few to carry with us on the rest of our trip. We were there for several hours and never felt rushed or like we overstayed our welcome. The best part about all of this is that it was just the two of us and Vittorio, so we felt like we were visiting with a friend. This is a "tour" but it feels more like you are visiting family and it is much different than visiting one of the large, commercial wineries. I'd take this option any day over one of those and can't wait to visit again the next time we are in Italy!
27/03/2025: One of the best wine tasting experiences we have had, Vittorio is a warm and very familiar person, we really liked the coexistence with the group, the explanation and the tour as well as the wines we tasted.

14/05/2025: Mercoledì 14 maggio. Pranzo. Piacevole scoperta. 1 primo, 2 contorni, 1 pizza farcita (molto farcita) acqua e bibita in lattina. 2 caffe. 28,50€. Piatti abbondanti. Pizza da 10+. Cameriere: Carine, simpatiche, gentili e preparate. Le recensioni negative?? Sicuramente gli altri ristoratori, perché di mercoledì a pranzo l Orco era pieno.. Se proprio devo essere pignolo, stavo per scendere nell altro parcheggio. Maggiori indicazioni su qual è il percorso per entrare, aiuterebbe chi come noi, viene da fuori regione..
07/05/2025: I often come here for lunch with the workers' menu, sometimes in the evening to eat a pizza. Always left very satisfied, both for the price and for the food.

04/04/2025: The waiters are kind and hospitable, the interior of the restaurant fits, very welcoming and warm! Pretty good food, although once I happened to find a hair but no big deal. So excellent service, not the best setting but still okay, come on.. What can I say... It's okay, come on.

01/04/2025: During a trip, I stopped for dinner at this trattoria-pizzeria. The place is tidy and clean, with well-kept internal and external spaces.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, as was the dessert. However, the lasagna seemed preheated and furthermore, we found a hair inside the dish, which detracted from the overall experience.
Ultimately the experience was positive, even if it could have been even better.

17/05/2025: The music was kind of weird. Did have a cracked glass and dirt fork but the hostess was more upset than I was. Comped us a dessert for it. I would go back because of the care of customers they show
10/05/2025: What an experience!!!! We don't know where to begin.
Our server Luca, his cousin Andrea, and Chef Massimo exceeded our expectations beyond compare.
We were a group of four. We hadn't expected to encounter this wonderful place but came upon it as we drove through Tuscany. The inviting exterior caused a hitting of the brakes and suddenly we were parking.
Two in our group ordered the Lunch/Wine Tasting. That is 2-3 courses of food along with 10 (yes TEN!) wines. One ordered risotto. The last of us ordered the Light Lunch/Wine Tasting which included an antipasti plus pasta of the day and tasting of 5 wines. The lasagna was the most elegant, soft, and delicious lasagna one could ever enjoy. We couldn't describe any more clearly how much it was enjoyed. Even better than the most delicious food was the staff, mentioned above. The Italian culture is most welcoming and we couldn't have felt it more. At one point the chef joined us at the table for a sip of excellent wine. Bravissimo!
At one point through our meal/tasting the staff was preparing for a tour group of 50 Germans to enjoy their own tasting. The restaurant was most accommodating in that we had not finished and yet they allowed us to complete our full experience without any rush. It ended up being rather humorous that we seemed like entertainment to the tour group as they observed us tremendously enjoying our wine and the entire experience.
We unexpectedly enjoyed a bravo moment when we were surprised to receive 2 desserts. Tiramusu and chocolate mousse. The perfect finish to a perfect meal!
Do not pass by this place!!! We literally spent 3, maybe 4 (?) hours at this place and we loved every minute.
