15/05/2025: Cozy and intimate place, right in the center. The owners are friendly and easy-going, the dishes on the menu are phenomenal. We tried a bit of everything thanks to the trio of first courses formula and we were very satisfied. The quality-price ratio is right, we recommend coming to eat here for those who want to try the typical cuisine of the area!

First, a note of merit can only go to Mattia, the restaurant's host. In every word and gesture you can perceive the great passion he puts into his work! Let's get to the food: exquisite, tasty and here too... in every forkful or spoonful you can feel the flavor of the mountain. All the possible stars for this place and for Mattia. We'll be back

16/02/2025: Booked not even a week before without having been recommended to me by anyone but found on Booking, impeccable service in everything, excellent cuisine, all the helpful, polite and above all friendly staff.
Both the rooms and other areas are clean and tidy.
The respect for traditions stands out with great clarity, accompanied by a continuous search for renewal.
Fantastic and convenient location close to all amenities.
Highly recommended

24/04/2025: Everything was impeccable, from the food to the accommodation! Everyone was very kind. The room was spacious, clean and warm.
18/04/2025: We stayed at the Fabbrini hotel, a stone's throw from the characteristic historic center of the town, for the wedding party. The room was modern, warm and very welcoming. The aesthetics of the bathroom are delightful. Extremely helpful and multilingual staff - they helped us with everything and made the event seem simple to execute despite the obvious complexities. In fact, there were guests from various parts of the world who had to be coordinated. After months, if you talk to them, what do they remind you of the hotel? His kitchen. And I believe it! Without a doubt the jewel in the crown of the structure, from breakfast to meals, it dispenses all the typical delicacies of the Tuscan tradition. The truth is that he is capable of delighting you even with the simplest dishes: from Brazil to Italy and Spain, guests still want that midnight spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli which will probably be the best of their entire life.

21/05/2025: My girlfriend and I ate here not long ago.
I know the place well (which never disappoints), while for her it was the first visit. The welcome was stellar, the environment is very well-kept and the waiter Emilio was very competent, professional and attentive to satisfy our every need.
The menu is innovative and full of options for all tastes, the dishes certainly differ from the classic and repetitive culinary proposals of the area. The dishes we chose were exquisite and of excellent quality. The wine was sublime.
We really appreciated the fact that the chef Maurizio came personally to make sure that we liked the dinner. We will definitely be back! A sincere thank you to all the staff, keep it up!
19/05/2025: Found by chance on my tour of the villages of Tuscany. A very pleasant discovery. In this place I ate one of the best tagliata I have ever tasted. Truly an experience to repeat.

24/04/2025: A “small neighborhood pizzeria” in the noble sense of the term, so magical with its very family atmosphere.
Everyone knows each other, it's nice to see a warm atmosphere like that.
The pizzas were excellent.

Vi consiglio vivamente la battuta di Daino quando la fanno è spettacolare!! Squisita anche la crostata con confettura di arance :) assolutamente consigliato!!
03/01/2025: Posto meraviglioso, dopo 28 anni io e mio marito siamo ritornati in questo albergo accogliente e confortevole. Con grande piacere ritroviamo la stessa gestione, che tratta i suoi ospiti come persone di famiglia. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile e il cibo è rimasto squisito come lo ricordavamo.

24/03/2025: Siamo stati benissimo!!! Cibo ottimo e di qualità! I prezzi sono onestissimi, 25€ primo, secondo e contorno! noi torneremo sicuramente! Grazie!!
09/02/2025: Sabato in vetta ristorante il rifugio entriamo nell'ingresso, davanti la cassa un puzzo di bagno la porta e' proprio davanti aperta e l'olezzo era insopportabile apro la porta a vetri per entrare in sala e mi viene chiesto cosa volevo e dove andavo , ho risposto vorremmo mangiare " aspettate qui" risponde vi faccio preparare il tavolo l'olezzo e il freddo fermi sulla porta d'ingresso dopo poco ci fanno entrare e ci accomodiamo tovaglia di carta tovaglioli di carta acqua della casa e coca piccola ordino polenta con funghi 1 tagliatella ( ottimo ragù' porzione scarsissima) 2 tagliate 1 cicoria arrivano , la polenta in un piatto porzione striminzita e con funghi in bianco annacquati e senza nessun sapore polenta insipida ho dovuto chiedere peperoncino e un po' di formaggio non aveva nessun sapore le tagliate passabili
Cicoria saltata insipida e senza olio poi avevamo fame abbiamo preso una patatina fritta e anelli di cipolla . vi dico il conto coperto €7,50 acqua demineralizzara 2€ coca cola 33cl € 3,50 ,tagliate €35,00 i 3 contorni €18,00 prezzi come se fossimo in piazza san marco a venezia tutto regolare erano scritto all'ingresso ma la porzioni e la qualità le abbiamo visto dopo parere mio devono IMPARARE A CUCINARE e non lesinare sulle quantità .sconsigliato

29/12/2024: Ottima esperienza con accoglienza molto familiare e pranzo a base di funghi: bruschette, polenta, ravioloni e tagliatelle.. ottima la frittura di verdura e conto super giusto! Lo consiglio per un pranzo in famiglia anche all’ultimo momento!

01/09/2023: Mi sono fermato per un caffè ☕️ mentre rientravo a casa in moto, quindi non posso giudicare il cibo, ma il locale e la gentilezza del proprietario si.
Locale molto accogliente e proprietario alla mano che non disdegna una buona chiacchierata
